What do you want to change?
In this thread, you will discuss to upgrade or downgrade or change a character's movelist and evolution.

Here are the cards. What you want to change? You want to upgrade, downgrade, replace evolution, explain the evolution in good details, replace a move on the movelist, etc.
BEGIN NOW! This will not end until everything is straight.
I start first.
1)Alucard and Allen healing forbidden evolution too powerful since Shadow said something about it. I want to downgrade it to say......25 HP or a certain HP that's not full HP.
2) Sakura's second move should be increase and her healing evolution should be increase or change to something else.
The Suggestions
Sasuke's Idea
i want the move susanoo
probably an evolution that will give +2 damage and -1 from the opponents attack damage
something like that
we can arrange that so it is fair of course
Trunks' Idea
[spoiler] i think trunks should have another transformation. to the ascended saiyan form. also i think my super saiyan finisher should be shining sword attack like he used against freiza. oh wait maybe that should be a destructive evolution XD
Tier Power Idea

There should be no overpowered characters that there is not way of beating them . Sakura has no way of beating me(sasuke)(thats logical since she can't do it in the anime either ) . Anyway , things need to be fair . But we need to keep in mind that the Commanders need to be slitly more powerful than the others . Whats the point of being a commander if you get beating by the lowest ranks ....lol
Evolution Type Idea
2. One thing may be the Double-Edge Evolutions. I think those should probably count as 1 whole evolution instead of two separate ones seeing as the benefit comes with a price.
Alucard Idea
For Alucard's Movelist
1. Either increase the DMG of the first and second move.
2. New Movelist 1:
Attack 1: Impale 2 DMG
Attack 2: Jackal-Casull Shot 5 DMG/-1 HP
Attack 3: Blood Drain 3 DMG/+3 DMG
3. New Movelist 2
Attack 1: Impale 1 DMG
Attack 2: Casull Shot 3 DMG/-1 HP
Attack 3: Jackal-Casull 6 DMG
For Alucards Evolution
Regeneration:
1. Keep it as is.
2. Instead make the healing value half full HP (+18 HP) and regains 1 HP on each player's turn for 6 turns.
3. Heal 18 HP and invulnerability for 3 turns.
4. Heall full HP and regain heals and Finals.
Level Zero:
1. Instead increase DMG by +2 for 6 turns
2. Increae DMG by +1 and regain 1 HP on my turns
3. Transformation Evolution
Attack 1: Impaling Barrage 4 DMG
Attack 2: Casull-Wolf Shot 6 DMG/-1 HP
Attack 3: Hellhound Devour 3 DMG/+3 HP
Alternate Evolutions:
This is basically from the idea that Alucard can absorb other powers into his own, as seen in the anime. The first is based on him absorbing Schrodinger's ability of being in two places at once. The second pretty much is him absorbing the abilities of opponents he defeats.
1. Alucard loses 5 HP but creates a clone of himself. The clone has full finals and heals but only has Alucard's other Evolution pending he didn't use it already. They both can attack but can't exceed a total of 8 DMG or one attacks and the other heals. If one of them get dropped to 0 HP the other is treated as Alucard and so match continues.
2. When Alucard defeats an opponent he gains access to their Evolutions as if they were his own and he hadn't used them yet. Like say he defeats Sakura and gains access to her Evolutions and has as many uses as she would have. However he can only use it once.
Commanders Idea

I say make a seperate commanders card with an "extra" on it. If they lose commander rank they loose that special ability

Also maybe we actually split the extras.
First type would be in one-on-one where it's like a detriment to the opponent. I'll call it a "taunt".
Then the second one would be a benefit to those who the commander fights with. Again for my own reasons I'll call it a "rally"
Sesshomaru Idea
I can think of maybe Sesshomaru but it's only him transforming into that huge-@ss demon hound.
Boba Idea
Boba's Movelist
1. Increase 2nd attack DMG
2. New Movelist 1:
Attack 1: Spiked Boots 1 DMG
Attack 2: EE-3 Carbine 3 DMG/-1 HP
Attack 3: Thermal Detonator 5 DMG
3. New Movelist 2:
Attack 1: Rocket Darts 2 DMG
Attack 2: Laser Gauntlet 3 DMG/-1 HP
Attack 3: E-33 Carbine Volley 5 DMG
Boba's Evolutions
1. Flamethrower Heatwave
Deals 5 DMG to all opponents and they take 1 DMG on their turns for 5 turns.
2. Sonic Beam
Deals 5 DMG to opponent and disables them for 3 to 5 turns (Your choice).
3. Whipcord Restraint - Opponent is restrained from attacking for 5 turns.
3. Mandalorian Toughness
Boba regains 1 HP on his turns and attacks against him suffer -1 DMG for 5 turns.
