eeeh the captains are SUPPOSED to have been updating the roster themselves when they get a member in their section. thats what I'v been doing O_o unohana shouldnt need to update the rosters. she should only need to update her section O_o

That's what the other captain suppose to do. All Unohana is doing is placing the recruit soul reaper under the squad they ask for.

Unohana or Aizen have to Pm the captains saying that they have a new member joining their squad.

Also like to point out this.

*hitsugaya turns and leans against the wall so he has to talk to me face to face like anyone else* your forgetting what was decided before. it was already decided it was up to each captain to update their own roster and place them in a seat. unohana and aizen cannot place my members, for instance, because they have no clue what seat I want them in. I have to do that, because I know what seat I want them in. so not only do I set up my own rules in the roster but I also place the ppl in my squad. that is what was decided before and no meeting or otherwise decision has been made since then, as such, its still in effect.

not trying to pick an arguement, but that is what was decided by the old man and some of the other captains, and no decision to the contrary has been made yet. so thats what I'm going based on. mind you I'm referring to squad roster not character roster, as thats what this thread is about.

They only placing the recruits in the squad they ask to be in. They like in a squad lounge. Once they in that lounge, they wait until their captain give them a seat. So the lounge is like a waiting room.

3rd Seat on down is free.

Once their Captain notice they join their squad, then they have to put them in a seat officer spot. Aizen and Unohana are easy to know because they run this thread. The others captain won't know until they get here. Which is why Aizen and Unohana need to PM the captains.

If a captain did not notice you joining their squad, it be good if you pm them or ask Aizen or Unohana to pm that captain for you.

Each captain is responsible for their squad. PERIOD! If you notice, we are not doing this de ja vu again. That putting more work on Aizen/Unohana.

To sum this all up,

Komamura and Yoruichi Lt spots are not holding nobody up.

Meaning. (I'm not trying to be mean when I say this)

Worry about your squad as a Lt. Komamura and Yoruichi squad is none of your business.

Just like Komamura and Yoruichi Lt spot open is none of my business. It was my business and other captains business when it was Lt season. It's not LT season any more. This is just squad recruitment season.

So. If I'm not worry, you shouldn't be worry about it.

I agree that this is only Squad Recruitment season... therefore we shouldn't be worrying about the 2 squads that don't have a Lt. yet. They will make that decsion for themselves when they are ready.

Cpt. Kuchiki-sama, that is an excellent idea to PM the captains if they are MIA, about the recruits wishing to be on thier squads. *makes note on this suggestion & looks at Aizen-sama* However there is no guarentee that they will check their PMs now is there....

On another note.... if a recruit PMs the Squad Cpt. wihch they want to join instead of posting here, well then there isn't much that Aizen-sama can do about it..

hen that is their squads problem, not yours. All you can do is after you have (tried) to contact that specific captain, is go to the leader himself to poke the lazy bastard. no need for you to take on the load yourself.

as for the LT less squads. they can enter the squad here and work their way up in that squad, unless the captain him/herself decided to promote him/her directly to.

yet again, that is something for the squad leader to decide themself. no need for you all to worry about that.
