What Captain Aizen is doing is, showing interviews of famous members in GS in the Gotei 13 to view.

Only to view. If there is any negative comment from a Captain or Recruit, I promise you this,

The Gotei 13 will be scare of something.

Scare of some of these insane captains.

I tell everyone this everday. Or try to show it,

Hot Seat. Have unlimit of questions until Captain Komamura lock the thread.

For example, I had over 300 questions when I was put in a hot seat. (as Kisuke and Kuchiki)

The interview has a limit of questions. Only about 10 questions and that's it. And these questions are from Miss only.
