i just joined dont know if thats helping, but if you need anything dont hesitate to tell me captain. 

Joining just the start. The directions are soon. Don't worry. I saw them, ebbon. I'm trying to connect each idea to make up a huge contest.

Hmmm Here's an idea.

If you can do that, and if you like doing this type of work. I probably give you that job as a recruit but it's only if I need you to do it.

ok first of all im a lieutenant and im on everyday and i see what captain soi fong is saying.

second of all, has anyone noticed that this union has bcome LESS ACTIVE??? i remember when everyday when i log on their would be at least one post in the bleach manga discussion. now its taking forever. whats going on???

as i said before forget the contests that are just games we need contests that involve finding NEW recruits!

how about for every person who advertises the Gotei 13 union in their sig they get an emblem or Points?

its actually been done before...its much more efficient when you members spread the word of the union plus you got to realize its summer and people are vacationing now.

Uh... Soi Fon. He's counting the votes. So he can tell the results to Yamamoto. If it's nay, he just tell Yamamoto, it's not happening. If it's yay, you see it in the boards. sfkm2

I understand that, Fong-taicho, and am willing to monitor that thread every day. I am taking full responsibility for anything that goes wrong. I'll make rules of conduct very clear, and they will apply to each of us Lieutenants.

thats the thing though its gona be harder reaching other GS members when were on vacation, so it would be much easier to just put it in our sig so many others can see it. also the point is not to get members but to get ACTIVE MEMBERS. if we just tell our friends to join they will just join becase were freinds but if they see the link in our sig and join of their own accord then they will stay much longer.

 why doesnt everyone go to the members at the top and invite everyone on their friends list :P thats what i did.

Thank you, Fuku-taicho Zangetsu. I will keep that in mind. I'm on frequently as well, but there are times that I'm not on, so I may have you and/or another as back up when I'm offline. I'll address that issue if/when I create the thread. But for now just wait until I recieve the order to create/abandon the thread.Ebbon_Valentia

Hmmm keep thinking on that idea, Ebbon. But make it original.

Well let's say that it's like a complex of halls and rooms. There's a strange virus infecting members and the vaccine is within this maze of rooms. They start out and go through a series of them searching for the vaccine, but they have a limited amount of time to find it before they can't be cured and are lost to the virus. It would be like giving them a choice to either search a room on their left or right or walking farther down the hall. Plus there could be dummy vaccines to help waste time.

That's what I could come up with. I'm sure it needs modification and changes but I find it an interesting idea.

EDIT: Instead of the rooms, it would be a table of flasks. The contestants are infected/poisoned (Either choice works) and have to find the antidote from among the many many flasks. If they pick the wrong flask there could be a downside, such as they slightly increase the rate of which the virus/poison spreads through their system or it may spike them and increase the amount of infection/poison in their system. On the other hand, they may stumble on a thing that slows the process or cuts down an amount of poison/infection in their system.

Or in either beneficial/detrimental case it does both. There could also be some that trades an amount of poison/infection to another contestant. Some may do nothing and just waste the time left for them. Others may be both beneficial and detrimental, such as slowing the rate of spreading and then increasing it. Others may gradually lessen the amount of poison/infection for a period and then suddenly add poison/infection to the contestant. Then there could be some that changes the attributes of the remaining flasks or switches them amongst each other.

Hey this is the Mad Insane Scientist Arc. Why not play around with lab chemicals and toxins, right?

It took half of you a long time to notice but you still didn't notice.

When I put debate, it means only one thing.

It's not going happen during the summer. It only happens in the school times. Where people come by and think and leave. (I don't think of debates in the summer time. That's why I said, I'm not the type to host those types of contests)

I planned this during the end of Gin's arc and the beginning of Komamura/Kensei arc. I said to myself, My arc and mayuri arc as one has to have a big bang.

And you know what. The Gotei 13 Oscars going make that big bang.

So get your suits, dresses, hats, etc. ready. Oscars start soon in August.

Well I wonder if there should be a crazy other idea where contestants in the poison/virus idea can accidentally add more infection to other contestants as well as themselves. Or perhaps where a contestant has a very low chance to recieve a "pass" when they drink a dummy vaccine/antidote, allowing them to give their drink to another contestant of their choice, but the one who "passed" chooses the flask for them. That would only be a one-turn "pass" so they can't get out of another drink without another "pass".

Here's a different idea where contestants navigate Yachiru's system of tunnels under the Seireitei. They could do something like disarm a series of bombs that would collapse the tunnels. Something like codes and different color wires.

just trying to get other captains opinions cause last time i just asked why we didnt have it not if it was a good idea to have one. 

Uhh The Nobles including Captain Yamamoto agree about not having another captain. We said this during the 4th or 5th Arc which was Late Fall of 08.

So. 14 captains only.
