I'm 3rd Lt. Vizard and just as busy as everyone else here I still make it a point to post here daily in one way or another. 

That being said, If I could vote Gin would get it... He is more active by far 

I have nothing against SasukeXxXChidori but he isnt very active here, and an important roll like that should go to someone that is.  Surely you must agree with that.
