Wrong Race, Nemu. It does nothing to a Vizard. The mask just breaks. However. When comes to a Espada or Arrancar, it's a different story.

That's a good example.

Another good example are Nel's "brothers". They had their masks ripped off and virtually lost all of their hollow powers. It takes two of them to fire a cero. It's like piercing the soul chain; no more power for the most part.

Now it does bring the question as to what happens if someone else rips off a Vizard's mask while they're using it.
