It's PC Release only, after release they have to decide if they're going to port it onto consoles. Honestly I'm not sure if they will, there's a lot of features that would have to be watered down for it to work on consoles

I spoke to one of the moderators on the apb forums and he was at the pax expo in boston talking to one of the realtime worlds guys and they said the console idea looks pretty positive so let's hope
Wow, that must be incredible. In the future, all online games are gonna be like that. We'll be telling our kids about how it was when we played and how the host would disconnect and have ability to standby. Our kids'll be so weirded out by that.
