Hero of Time movie

Stumbled across THIS while lookin' about, for all those that may not have seen it yet....lookin' at late fall I suppose for it to be complete...deffinately going a different approach than the LOL front.

It interesting to look at after seeing LoL. The trailer for Hero of Time was released before LoL came out. It will be intriguing to see how this movie compares.

What the faux?? Was that movie trailer made in someone's back yard or what?? The outfit looked cheezy, the actor looked retarded, and the Triforce was pathetic.  That movie will make about $1000 in theaters.  Because there is 1000 nerds who dress up as link at Game Cons. Yoshi25

Its a fan made budget movie, like Legend of Link. It will only be available on the internet and will not be of the same caliber as a movie released in theater obviously. Its completely free.

oh ya, it absolutely says it is not an official film, no question...but they seem to be trying harder than some....my deal is--seems like they are trying a bit TOO hard...I like it more when they get the job done AND don't take themselves too seriously....LOL was deffinately a lol film to me, rather enjoyed it, and it got the job done.  This Trailer Link just looks a little too surfer.....

I think an animated film would really be the best route for an official movie--maybe CGI style like Advent Children even (or if WW type, regular hand drawn would work fine).  Otherwise, leave the acting to the fans ;)

I think it'll be great! I mean, some of you guys are obviously doubting the fact that this is actually real, but it's stated clearly on the site in the "About the Movie" section. Apparantly, the movie is nearing completion, and David Blaine was casted as link, and he's producing the movie as well! This is 100% legit. pizzamanopenup

-ah, c'mon, if it's really bad it'll still be worth it to laugh at it, if it's decent then cool--I guess i'm more worried if it's in the middle somewhere...couldn't be worse than the pain that is the Legend of Zelda cartoons (see that thread for more pain)...

while this movie looks like a fake, i have heard rumors of an official LoZ movie coming out, with the projected release date to be sometime in 2007. There has also been conformation my GamePro magazine that, along with Metal Gear Solid, Halo, and Metroid, there is a script currently being drafted for an unnamed Legend of Zelda movie.ProfessorRaine

I have mixed feelings, It sounds interesting, But after actually seeing a trailer I am torn, it doesnt seem to have a very good quality, it looks like a made for TV movie, But I guess we wont know untill its released.the_unbroken
