I think the question would be, Is it worth the effort? That would be very complicated in general especially how Gamespot's forum design is.

As with any game or joint union ideas or what have you, first I think you should ask yourself how feasible your idea is. If your constantly doubting whether or not it could done, chances are it won't. Like Snap said, there are few successful Zelda related Unions which just makes things harder.

I think a more general rule here that you should all remember is "The more complicated things become, the higher the risk of anything going wrong" All it would take is for one side to not keep up the effort and then everything kind of crumbles after that.

We also have to ask ourselves, "How would this benefit the Union?" Sometimes certain ideas don't do they? Sometimes it's just for fun.

(add on to my last post) I'm just thinking and before the Officer Comp. began there we're only two stickies and they we're basically threads for organization/viewing purposes. If the intro. thread isn't even stickied then shouldn't this probably stay un-stickied?OhhSnap50893

I read it all. As I kept reading more pages appeared when I clicked Next Page and I was afraid I would never finish :p. This is a sweet idea. I did actually see it in another union and thought of it, just never got up to doing it. I removed the stickies to make the application easier to be seen. As for Nintendo related news, we do report on huge news that will affect Zelda. We had a TGS report, but we should keep it Zelda related otherwise we'd become a Nintendo Union. Knowing that IBM is making a 90nm CPU instead of 180nm doesn't really make a difference. Finding out next week that Wii is coming november 5th for $229, is Zelda related enough :)nuck44

I have an interesting suggestion. It could be something that's monthly or bi-weekly or even weekly. It's a feature I like to call Possibilities. It's where a scenerio is given and then the members of the union have a chance to discuss it. Here's an example.

Possibilities: A Gannondorf Game.

What if Link's long time rival Gannondorf had his own game, with his own perspective of the happenings of Hyrule?

Other questions can follow but overall it's a discussion based topic where it's meant to see the creative minds of our members go to work as they discuss and somewhat create their own storyline for, in this case, a Gannondorf Game. Even the idea of it happening can be a topic of discussion. Where pros and cons of it happening are weighed out and even the genre of the game.
