City in the Sky from Twilight Princess was awesome. The Forest Temple from Ocarina of Time was also great, as were the Earth and Wind Temples from Wind Waker.
i always like the fire dungeons and sometimes i like the forest ones ...and in twilight p i like the temple of time dungeon....it was where i first fight the darknut and that was real cool. :)
I really liked the Temple of Time dungeon in TP. The level design was real smooth, for lack of a better word, it kinda reminded me of the Tower of the Gods from Wind Waker. The only problem with the Temple of Time is the item you get is the sucky Dominion Rod, haha. All around favorite dungeon though? Fire Temple in OoT, I'm with Melito, fire dungeons FTW. haha.
I really think arbiters grounds is tight because it was the first in TP that added some scare effect, had an incredible boss, and even a great mini-boss as well. For some reason I liked the second time you go to the forsaken fortress in the wind waker. Maybe I liked it because the bird boss Helmasor was cool. Â
HAHA my favorite is the Water Temple in OOT, because all of my friends find that to be the hardest temple im the games, and i get to laugh at them on how easy i find the temple. but i love must must of the temples. Â

yeah that temple is realy cool I like the rollercoaster rides but it's not my favourite my favoute temples are spirit temple from OoT and stone tower from MM. that temple was one of the hardest I've ever seen.
my fav is dragon roast carvan, i dont know why, probable when i first played i was stuck for about a mouth after geting the game. i did about 20 until i get to the part to get the big key. i didnt know you can pick up the worm thing. now i feel silly for not trying it the first time instead of doing the dungeon 20 times.
