When there are only five hours left before the moon hits Termina, the music fits the situation so perfectly. I also like the music during the final battle with Ganon in Oot.

Although, I do suprisingly like alot of the music from Majora's Mask, I will say the song that sticks in my head the most is The Temple of Time theme from Ocarina of Time. I think it is the effect of it too, when I am playing the Ocarina in the game, I control time. It is the funnest one as well as the coolest sounding.

After that I would say:

Aol - The Dungeon them (favorite of all dungeon themes)

AL - Nightmares (I think that was it, haven't played this game in a long time)

OoS - Onox's dungeon

OoA - Veran's dungeon

FS - The main theme (prologue)

FSA - The fight with Ganon, and Ganon's theme
