Raccoon Mario is raccoon version of Mario. He made his first appearance in Super Mario Bros. 3.Mario transforms into Raccoon Mario when he uses a Super Leaf. Upon using a Super Leaf, he grows a raccoon tail and raccoon ears and gains the ability to fly.

The Cape Feather is an item in Super Mario World, and its remake, Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. It allows Mario or Luigi to fly and jump very high after getting a running start. It appears in several ? Blocks or when Mario or Luigi jumps on a Super Koopa with a flashing cape.

I just remember being able to do more with the Cape than with the Raccoon suit...ALTHOUGH the cape was harder to control!
