BCS Championship Game. #1Ohio State vs #2 Florida

Troy Smith is cursed by UF coaches,  only 108 yds against the Zookinator. (Dear God I'm glad that UF fired him.)
Now only 4 completions for 40 yds and 2 turnovers against the Gators.
Apparently anyone can win the Heisman.
OSU, Troy Smith, and the Big10+11 are all overrated. The Gators proved all the doubters wrong. GO GATORS!

If your team would not have been able to have protected your QB and WR's not getting open, you would not be talking S**T, so the next time your stupid fanboyish attitude comes on here, try putting your team's QB in that position before you criticise somebody

The last Heisman winner from Florida was a complete and total joke in the NFL and Troy Smith will have more success in the pros then Danny Wuerfel ever did

Uhm, going for it, they were trying to run the clock down? how is that classless (I forget what word you used....) and the loss of 1 WR, no matter how great he is shouldn't affect a QB that bad, let alone the Heisman Winner. I hate how everyone ignores that Wisconsin beat Arkansas, a SEC team, wonder how they would do against LSU, Auburn, and of course Florida. CJL13

Well, I'm back, Last night after the game I headed straight back to the Hotel and drowned my sorrows in some McDonald's. UF played great. We couldn't really tell what was up with Ginn from our seats, we just knew he wasn't in the game. I think taking him out allowed to UF corners to adjust one receiver down, which made it especially tough for the OSU receivers to get open quick enough to allow Troy to get his timing. I'm not buying the SEC speed. I don't believe they were faster. We didn't give up any big deep plays, almost everything was underneath. The Defense spent way too much time on the field to be effective, and couldn't come up with a turnover. The spots sometimes seemed very generous, especially on a key UF fourth down. On ours, It sure looked from my position that he second efforted over it, we were all kinda in disbelief that they didn't even look at it. At the time it seemed like everything, but in the end, it didn't really matter. Didn't like UF going for it on 4th and goal when the game was already well in hand. Didn't seem classy to me, they could have easily taken the field goal. No excuses, the game is over. Florida won, congrats to them, enjoy the Championship. I'm hoping to post some pics once I get back home and after class Wednesday night. The only thing I'm left to wonder is how this game will effect the draft choice of some key Buckeyes, especially Ginngobrutus

I said Florida would win if they got in.

And they did. I think that 51 lay-off had a pretty big effect.

Wow I wouldn't have been surprised if Florida won a close won but a blowout?!?! No one thought that would happen.

Man going to school today was pretty funny. All the Gator critics "Seminole and Miami fans" kept their mouths shut. lmfao Oh it was great.

On another note, yesterday during school this kid in my study hall was ribbin on my teacher because she had a Florida shirt on. All he said the whole day was, "Ohio State is going to kill Florida." Today he comes in and the teacher's like, "So, how about Ohio State." He had no comeback. I love how people talk so much and then have nothing to say when they're wrong.

One bad game does not ruin a players career and what happened to Ohio State last night was not Troy Smith's fault, if your WR's are not getting open and your offensive line will not protect you, then it is hard to blame the QB, because if anything they did not help him at all
