Yeah right now its gotten stale, it started off great but Generation 3 was where it started going downhill. Team Rocket was also a great idea but now is just being way too overused.

Unfortunately Ben Hurst, the guy that did the series and wrote it passed away earlier this year, so any revival of SATAM has been shot done. :(

wouldn't the original script still be intact? various people worked on it, plus they wrote the next batch of episodes to prepare for a possible next season, which never came out, isn't there some way?

Yeah they did, but he was the head writer for SatAM unless Len Janson wanted to continue the series.

really? the way Ben Hurst described it in his interview, two major problems were their schedule and competition against the power rangers, as well as a new head manager of DIC coming in before the new season

That too, but according to what some people have said, Sega didn't like it when Sonic cried at the end of Ultra Sonic, they said it was too out of character for Sonic.

I know all corporations love money and like to rule with power, that's just the way it is, but at least back then they were the good kind of evil and actually cared about showing good cartoons and stuff, and making viewers happy, now they're the bad kind of evil and just destroying everything if you know what I mean.

I long for the good old days too, plenty of time zones in the past that I think are better than this current one we're in. (Personally I think just about any year post-2000 sucked.) 1980's were grand, I'd go see Back to the Future in 1985 the first day it came to movie theaters.
