Who does? Youtube? Sounds like what you're saying is Youtube doesn't want there to be anime shows to be viewed on their site, so that way people are forced to go to some other sites instead to watch anime, sites where watching their anime requires payment.

Probably more along the lines of too over the top hardcore. If you're talking about Youtube's content and their copyright policy, but that might not have been what you were referring to...
Hmm maybe that explains why youtube seems to have gotten stricter with copyright and deleting more videos, and dishing out many new redesigns, its All Google's doing, they be a not so good company.
