So, what games have you guys been playing lately? Recently, I started a second playthrough on Grand Theft Auto IV and I'm playing that some now. I've also played Tekken 6 and Batman: Arkham City a bit recently.
A Crack in Time, MW3 for a short time since I didn't buy it, just playing it for free on Steam, and some random old games are taking up my time.mitu123

I really want to buy Soul Calibur V and Twisted Metal (2012). I plan to try to get SCV before the end of the month and maybe Twisted Metal next month. And then Street Fighter X Tekken comes out next month, which I have pre-order. Quite a few games here I've been wanting lately, but not enough money.
I got a 3DS on August 12th. Not only was it the day it got that big price drop, it was also my Birthday. Quite a coincidence. I'm actually going to play some Mario Kart 7 on it soon.

How is it compared to the past SC games? Any major improvements or new additions? I just started my ultimate save file for Dragon Quest VIII a few days ago. I'm a little exhausted from just thinking about the amount of time its gonna take to max everyone's stats and skills since I heard that getting the necessary items to increase them is gonna take a LOT of grinding. The drop rate for those items are like .0001%. But aside from that Its been pretty fun so far. I just hate that the random encounters are so frequent. I get an encounter like every minute or so.

Well, I would say it's better than SCIV. Some of the new characters, such as Viola and Z.W.E.I. are fun to use. The Quick Play mode has some interesting opponents. I haven't even touched the Story mode yet. I'll have to get to that soon.
^What's ToR? Anyways I am interested in seeing what Mario Party 9 will be like. A game I've been playing recently is the GBA game Yugioh: Eternal Duelist Soul, on my Nintendo DS Lite.
I'm looking forward to Mario Party 9 as well. I was really hoping the game would have online too, but sadly not. I wonder why they are neglecting an online mode for these games.

Currently taking a break from DQVIII. Played a few matches of Tekken 6. Now I'm about to start playing ES: IV Oblivion. I'm kinda late to the ES series; this is gonna be my first time playing an ES game. Anybody care to enlighten me as to what I'm about to experience?:P

Since Mario Party 10 would be on the Wii U, hopefully they'll finally add an online mode then.

Yeah, sad how these game companies have become more greedy these days. Not only they do DLC a lot now, but they often overprice it too. In theory, DLC is a good idea, but they just abuse it now.
I hate how games tend to charge $5 or more for one DLC character, as evident in games like Mortal Kombat 9, Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. I say that DLC characters should only be $2, at the most.
Speaking of which, I'm going to play my 3DS a bit more tonight/this morning. I haven't played that thing much in a while. I'll be playing some Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 on it.
