Moebius came after it I think. I would also like to say, Moebius had a funny ending. They got the ZPM without actually doing anything. The alternate Carter is stupid though.

What about this new relationship thing though? do you think General Oneill and carter will finally be honest with each other? Maybe that's how Amanda Tapping and Richeard Dean Anderson are leaving the show. Any thoughts?
Yeah but if they did, they would have been kicked out of the air force and no one would have been around to save the world. Ironic because since they have saved the world so many times they should get special privilages. Still, threads was the best episode I've seen.

did you guys see the new preview for sg1's 9th season??? It was during the rerun of the episode reckoning part 2 on friday. It showed a glimpse of the new enemy the Ori.
Anubis tricked Oma so they may not be fooled again but Jacob was a good guy so they may know. I cant wait to see what the furlings are so im hoping that this season they finally show us.

The evil ancients are called the 'Ori' . They will be the new baddies of season 9. They're much worse than Anubis. They're not half Ancients but a load of bad Ancients who get wind of a galaxy full of non-believers and send emissaries called Priors to start a crusade to convert our galaxy to their ways.
"They make the Goa'uld's look like amateur hour. These baddies are limited in what they can do but their emissaries are very, very powerful. They come to convert our galaxy and it's kind of our fault." but i think they are limited to what the can do as they might be controlled by the ancients as dr. jackson was when he tried to kill anubis.
Well... I saw Heroes part 2 today and I gotta say WOW! ... again. It's a great episode and now joins the ranks among my favorites. I also watched mobius parts 1&2 but they didn't appeal to me. Threads is still waaaay better IMO.
Really? Only 'ok'? I thought he added alot to the show. Another alien who was smart but also a "newbie" to space travel with his smiling all the time and such. lol. I think they should have kept him on.
Yeah daniel was good but I liked how they didn't try to replace him with jonas. I mean jonas replaced him on the team but he wasn't just another actor doing the same stuff. *cough* atlantis *cough*
I fear that SG1 will go down in Season 9 (most likely the ratings). I mean Jack has been there since the start of the show (if you want since the movie). And I just hope there won't be some big uproar because of his leaving. He gets prmoted to Major. General but he isn't going to be at the SGC (I liked it when Hammond was there). Atlantis looks really good, I'm looking forward to SGA more then I am with SG1 (and I'm a really really big SG1 fan but getting rid of Jack is a bit much). The ending was a great cliffhanger making you wonder what's going to happen and make you really see the next Season (as we all know John isn't going to die, but everyone still wants to see what's going to happen).
yeah i cant wait for the new atlatis season i really want to see what the other human ship does against the wraith cant remember the ships name but it is the sister ship of the prometheus.
Even if the Asguard weapons are tougher than the Wraith weapons and stuff thats still only 1 ship. The Ancients had way more than one ship and they went down. I want to see how they can possibly beat the Wraith.
Yeah the Deadalus (aka the X-304) should be good. I don't think the Wraith's weapons are all that good. Think about it, to live they suck the life out of you. So they won't be so advanced on weapons that will blow you out of the sky. And it's only two Wraith ships, so maybe the Asguard put something on the Deadalus that's sort of like the Ancient satellite and they can blow away ships with one (ok maybe 4 or 5, the Asguard wasn't as advanced as the Ancients) shot.
Still one human mothership will not be enough to handle the wraith hiveship and dozens of wraith darts and at least 2 puddle jumpers have been destroyed so by my count atlantis has roughly 3-4 jumpers left. Not enough for a whole season of atlantis implying there could be some kind of human-ancient hybrid puddle jumper to be created in season 2.
Well I bet the Deadalus has a good number of X-302s on the ship. I wouldn't say they're up to the Dart's specs but if I remember right last time we saw them was at the end of Season 8. So by now they should be upgraded with new stuff on them. And I thought Atlantis had more then 5 or 6 Jumpers.
