Anyone ever heard of the Beatnuts? They are my favorite rap group from back in the day. They are pretty underground but they had a little radio and MTV exposure during they're prime. Classic stuff, i still listen to it.
Here's the jam most people might know

Nice, well if you ever want to check them out I would suggest listening to 'Street Level' or 'Stone Crazy', their two best albums. Every track is good on eachÂ
Lately gotten into a lot more rap/hip hop. Specifically Kanye West, The Throne, Lupe. Also a few from OFWGKTA. Always love Tyler, lots of Frank Ocean and some Earl.
Also, fav new rapper would be Childish Gambino. This Donald Glover guy is a rapper, actor, comedian and a writter, and does them all really well. Fav tracks would be Freaks and Geeks and New Prince, but love all of his stuff. New album on the 15 this month. Or something around that time. Gambino is a mastermind! :D
New Ludacris. He disses Drake.
