So we're now into 2011 where im hopeing Evanescence will actually release their album that they promised me in the fall of last year! *grr*

Oh, and Happy New Year from me btw :)

Anyway I was just wondering what everones music highlight(s) of 2010 was?

For me it was between discovering Gaga

Stone Sours new album Audio Secrecy

Or seeing Paramore in Aberdeen :)

It was WOW!! Apart from my gf had a really bad head ache and I decided to take her further back to get a bit more room, so I couldn't join in with the crowd to much. But oh well :)

Post pictures along with your posts?

Hearing Beach House's 10 Mile Stereo on Conan, thus being inspired to purchase the Teen Dream album, which ended up by far my favorite album of 2010. :P

Not very exciting, but man do I love Beach House now. :P

A few things:

  • Discovering indie electronic trio Glass Diamond
  • Discovering Motion City Soundtrack
  • Discovering Grinderman
  • Discovering The Residents
  • Discovering Prince
  • Crystal Castles' second studio album, and later their collaboration with Robert Smith
  • Breakbot's 'Baby I'm Yours' EP
And a lot of other things I can't think of at this moment, 2010 musically was very good to me :D

  • Increasing my guitar abilities and knowledge.
Having gained the opportunity of playing the guitar at church (though I would not start rehearsals until this coming Saturday).
My last show at the city's Arts Center.
Discovering Muse, gaining all of the Killers's albums.
Widening my music taste, but still retaining them all under the rock banner.
    ROCK! Haha.
