Who knows a site I can preorder God of War 2 that is mainly in Canada so i don't have to pay $15 in border crossing tarrifs.

Try eb games man. There should be one around you unless you live up north. Try that or maybe future shop will do preorders??

already ordered off of EB games and ended up paying more than the actual game in shipping and border fees.

Where do you live if there isn't an EB around you?

If you don't want to pay for the shipping and handling and there is no other electronics store around you then you sh*t of luck.
