Congrats madness, want a cookie? xD just joking with u. My newset story is now less then 100k from beating the 256 mark. really 256,773 minus 158,817 equals to 97,956. Heck, having 4-6K chaps really pays off. Every two chaps, pass another 10K. I bet you before summer is done i will be at 200K. Maybe past that. we'll see. :)

Did you say CREATIVE? I LOVE to be creative, in fact, there's NEVER a day when I'm not creative! I mean, look at my story for school, Atlantis the 2nd; SUCH A WELL THOUGHT OUT BOOK SERIES!!!

To those who don't know Atlantis the 2nd: It is a truly deep story, telling about a 13 year old boy named Jay, who one night, gets a bad dream about a wolf being in his own house. According to his pet, Len, who's a so-called Spiritual Jackal, that dream was a sign. The next day, Jay & his family see the news, where they mention Jay's grandpa being hit by a man, right into a hospital named De Heel. Jay rushes to De Heel, and discovers that his grandpa is different and deformed. Then, an evil eel named Anuban flies through a window of De Heel, and tells Jay that the heavens (they mean the sky with that) is going to fall to earth.

That was the storyline, now about a race I mentioned earlier; Spiritual Jackals; Spiritual Jackals are anthro jackals, who are the creators of spirits of creatures who live on earth. They were forced to work with Anuban, the evil eel, who created the earth and bodies of creatures. Anuban kills off humans who do not find their goal in their lives. However, Spiritual Jackals are NOT evil, in fact, they hated to work with Anuban, they're good-hearted, really.  Spiritual Jackals possess some supernatural powers; ones that you might've heard of in spirituality-related stories, and fictional ones such as letting a huge dragon fly at your enemy, so the dragon disappears after hitting him/her. However, Spiritual Jackals cannot hurt each other.

So that was pretty much all you need to hear about a Spiritual Jackal. I'm thinking up ideas for Atlantis the 2nd's 4th book and, man, that first chapter (which I've already written) is just one big infodump about the storyline! You read storyline-related stuff you're familair with, and learn some new stuff, which makes Atlantis the 2nd's plot even deeper! Good start of the 4th book, imo. Here's hoping that the 2nd chapter will turn out great.

To Montecristo: Oh no no no no no no no no no no no no no no, lemme explain; I have some exercise books which I use for the Atlantis the 2nd book series, write in them, and draw hand-drawn "illustrations", not real illustrations, that'd take long. :)

However, I put a LOT of thought in the story before I write the books. Example; the first chapter of AT2nd's 4th book. I thought by myself "How can I progress the background story of Atlantis the 2nd", and figured that writing some things Atlantis the 2nd fans would be familiar with, would be a good idea, as long as I also write new stuff to learn about the storyline.

Or before I wrote the first book of the series, I suddendly thought "What if I replace God, with a character I make up myself", so Anuban, the evil eel was created!:D

^ Good to hear. :) About the illustrations in Atlantis the 2nd, the ones in Series 1 are... meh-ish, imo. Series 2's are a bit of a small improvement, the ones in Series 3's early chapters look better, and when you get to Series 3's 6th chapter, the illustrations look way better. Series 4 has the best looking ones in the book series. Of course, because I know how to draw the characters, environments and backgrounds in Atlantis the 2nd's style.

And uh, maybe I didn't tell this, but the books of Atlantis the 2nd are named "Series", you have Series 1, then Series 2, then Series 3, and then Series 4, which I'm currently writing. Each series tries some new things; Series 1 was creepy and dark, Series 2 had humor, more excitement and story progression, Series 3 is more actiony, it focused on plot twists and amazing story progression. Series 4 is going to be actiony like Series 3, it'll have WTFness, LOTS of story progression (Series 4's first chapter is just one pile of info and background story!) and better illustrations. I'm going to write NINE books of Atlantis the 2nd, and the reason for that is because it has SUCH a deep background story, which needs closure.

I don't want Atlantis the 2nd's ending to be like Avatar's ending.

Avatar: The Last Airbender: Ended with lots of unanswered questions which the creators could've answered if they didn't make the third season one mountain of filler episodes, which dissapointed a lot of people. Plus WTF was up with the season 3 finale!?!?

Atlantis the 2nd: Deep story, lots of parts that I want to give closure, for example; now that Jay's parents died at the end of series 2, where will he live now? *Has something planned but doesn't tell anything*

Atlantis the 2nd's plot isn't as deep as Avatar's, but the parts I wanna give closure are HUGE parts of the plot. If I do NOT give them closure, Atlantis the 2nd might end up messed up! REAL MESSED UP!

hmm, kinda reminds me of my own series i'm making. My first book titled "The Dragon Knight" is going to introduce a lot of the plot and characters, the second book "The Dragon Lord" (yeah, i kinda took the DL idea from montecristo, hope u don't mind man!) is a lot more darker and more of my main character's past will be revealed, and a shocking secret as well. My last book, i'm thinking about calling it "The Dragon King" will wrap everything up.

I'm working on Book 2 right now, but i haven't been working on it entirely. I'm very busy and with school coming up soon i'm barely being able to work on it, i forget it really easily

^ A trilogy? Like Avatar: The Last Airbender was? Avatar got three seasons, but that third season has got to be the weakest one.

Your book series sounds intresting, and well thought out. Hehe, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Atlantis the 2nd are both well thought out too! Only Avatar's a cartoon and Atlantis the 2nd's a book series.

Then again, writing stories is a strong point of mine.

i thinki explained it in a previous post a few pages back, but i'll tell u anyway. It's about this kid, Drake, who turns 15 and is qualified to enter a group of people known as the "Dragon Knights" but then gets a dragon egg from an old man and must reach the city were the HQ of the knights are before the Slayers (a group of ppl who want to kill all dragons (i got this idea from chaoticwings so don't hate me for stealing it!)) get to him. Drake and his friend James (who is 15 as well) go to the city and on the way the dragon hatches, it's a white dragon that Drake names 'Aussir' meaning white in Draconic.

They travel and on the way they help a destroyed city reclaim it back, meet another friend and make it to the city, then Drake has a fight with his rival (based off my friend from real life) and he beats him (and awakens a new power but more on that later) then the story mainly deals with him joining the knights and having to struggle between classes (a girl he has a crush on but has a boyfriend who is a jerk) and helping out the people of the city (like Assassin's Creed kinda but no assassinations) then it goes into war towards the end witht he Slayers and ends with them retreating to a hidden fortress ater their city and leader, Ivan, are taken (Ivan dies here).

I kinda think this would make a good anime in the second book, as the characters grow more in it (a one-shot i made centers on James's development) but it also centers more around Drake and his mysterious powers, ultimately learning a shocking and dark secret about himself (i won't spoil it)

^ Sounds amazingly well thought out, Godofmadness! Series 4 of Atlantis the 2nd is mostly storyline-development, I'm writing the 2nd chapter, which is titled "The Path of Len", and atm, I'm going to write another twist related to the main storyline of Atlantis the 2nd.

As if Series 4's first chapter, "The Golden and Dark Years of the Shrewpigs" wasn't an infodump about main storyline! The comic relief character in Atlantis the 2nd, Konran, basicly reads a scroll in the first chapter, whose scroll it is and who wrote it, is currently unknown, but what he reads is this (if you care about At2nd's storyline) ;

"Life is a rose, and on roses are thorns. That also seems to be in the Spirit World. From the beginning of the Spirit World and the planet Earth, we, the Shrewpigs, lived in peace with the Spiritual Jackals and everything became better when Anuban wanted to create the humans. Or so it seemed...

Anuban did the unthinkable to people who did not know their goal in life. This was unacceptable, and we created, together with the Spiritual Jackals, the "Day of the Fiery Sacrifice", a day when Anuban's going to die. But if someone kills Anuban before that day, the day of his murderer will come to an end... This idea came from one of .....'s slaves."

(Just a note; with ....., I mean the villain in Atlantis the 2nd, Jay's grandma.)

 "These slaves used to be Shrewpigs, stolen from their homes by ....., their lives were put up side down. And they possess legendary  "magicfighting arts"; "Sun dominance", "Chaos dominance" and "Life dominance", if the murderer of Anuban wants to save his world from it's end, the one's going to have to learn those three "magicfighting arts", but our plan is to let the parents of Len battle with Anuban.... Only those two are worthy to replace the underground eel...".

And here comes the confusing part; Back at the end of Series 2, Anuban was killed by Jay, BEFORE the day of the fiery sacrifice. This did bring planet Earth in trouble, but what's confusing is... that JAY became Anuban's replacement because he killed Anuban! Normally, someone who murdered Anuban wouldn't become that, as seeing it IS a REWARD. Okay, this may be too deep for many, but Atlantis the 2nd isn't a story I simply sucked out of my thumb, y'know? I got inspiration for it from the Egyptian and the Greek Mythology.

You really have to have read Series 1 if you want to understand the above, because it is SO DAMN DEEP, seriously! I'm proud of myself that I wrote such a deep story like Atlantis the 2nd.:D8)

Wow, my secodn story gets darker, like this idea for a chapter, after they reclaim Esdaril (the Dragon Knight's city), Amy (the female dragon knight whom drake has feeling for) is assualted by Alberto( her boyfriend) when he gets jealous of Drake or saving Esdaril and Amy liking Drake more than Alberto. Amy manages to escape while her dragon, Rose, fights him. Amy finds Drake and cries into his arms and explains what happened, Drake gets ticked and goes to find Alberto and punish him which James goes to find the teacher and tell them what happened and Blaze, Apollo(Vincent's dragon) and Vincent(a good friend of Drake) comfort her.

Drake finds Alberto and fights him, yelling at how he could assualt her. Alberto says that Amy is his and no one elses. The fight escalates and drake gets impaled in the shoulder and Alberto gets a claw mark on his face when Drake lashes out at him (the first plot twist in the story). James and the teachers, along with the others knights find them and stop the fighting. Mrs. Brisbane (a teacher and new head of the knights after Ivan's demise) shuns Alberto for what he did to Amy and Drake and exhiles him from the Knights. Alberto states he'll be after Drake and leaves.

Drake passes out and wakes up in the nurses office a few hours later. He find everyone there including Amy and Rose. Amy begins to say something but Drake interrupts, saying, "I should be the one who's sorry...i let my anger over what happened take control and lashed out at him, but...just the thought of what he did made my blood boil, about him hitting you like that...i'm sorry i--" he gets interrupted by Amy kissing him on the lips (much to everyone's surprise). Drake is stunned when Amy breaks away. She tells him that she thought it was very brave of him for standing up to Alberto and admits that she knew Alberto was jealous of Drake and admits she 'kinda likes him'.

Drake then asks, "So...does this mean we're going out now?". Amy smiles and nods before leaving them. Drake grins, "Yesss!" he says and promptly blacks out from remembering the kiss.

Yeah, i love the happy endings, and at first i was planning of having Amy nearly raped by Alberto but i thought about this instead, since i have another character for James who had that happen to her (i'll explain some other time)

^ To be honest, happy endings are a bit to sweet imo. Okay, sometimes they're good, but at times, I find them blugh. Wouldn't expect a sensitive boy like me to say that, eh? I'll explain why I think that way; Happy endings are a little... predictable, imo.

They kinda feel like a... cliche to me. I mean, sure, not always seeing a happy ending might be annoying or gut-wrenching, but lets take Atlantis the 2nd as an example; EXTREMELY deep story, which takes twists, there's only like ONE filler chapter (which was a good one, and had impact on the rest of the series), loveable characters like Len, the Spiritual Jackal, and some of my friends are the main characters, who have a VERY and I mean VERRRRRRY IMPORTANT role in the story.

Heck, if Atlantis the 2nds gets a bad ending (something I'm not planning to give), geesh, I already see crying children before me... It'd be so gut-wrenching if a story like Atlantis the 2nd gets a bad ending. Emotional? Maybe, but make it happy afterwards.

But not a bad ending, that'd be... lets say, a real heavy experience for the readers... *Gets a plan* Ooooooh ho ho ho ho ho, I'm gonna let Atlantis the 2nd end in a surprising way!:D I mean, it IS a well thought out book series, sooo... Hehe.:twisted: 

I'm writing a story on Lowndes's union, "The Reign of Guardians Universe", which is a spin off of RoG, he gave me permission to write it. It is titled "The Last of the Nature Power", and Lowndes had given me permission to let The Last of the Nature Power be a start of a subseries of Reign of Guardians. Yes, it is a spin off of Lowndes's fanfic, but that is ALSO a Spyro story, sooo, you can consider The Last of the Nature Power also a Spyro story, hehe.:) I recommend you guys to read it, it'll be an incredible story, I just hope the sequels will be as good.

The subseries, "The Last of the Nature Power", will contain FOUR stories, it'll be a quadrilogy, each story is connected, and they move towards an epic ending.

^ Published? I don't make Atlantis the 2nd in such a long-taking and difficult way, I use some notebooks as the books for Atlantis the 2nd, draw the 'illustrations' with hand and do my best to let EACH book (series) become memorable and amazing.

Not meant in a mean way, but I already explained this to Montecristo.

Anyways, the storyline-development in the fourth book (Series 4) is just PLAIN AMAZING!:o It never seems to end, makes the storyline of Atlantis the 2nd even deeper and puts a CRAPLOAD of background story behind things, such as what the name of Jay's grandma is, she's named Suden, which means "Wolf" in the Finnish language, okay, not that all questions finally have answers in Series 4, however, I'm going to do my best and answer them. Such as, why were Jay's parents killed, what the heck happened in Willemientje's past and perhaps more background story behind the Shrewpigs; I mean, it's kinda like they're just... there, going all like "Hey guys, we're helping the Spiritual Jackals, yay!", not that that makes them look bad, they just need some more background instead of a "happy, friendly race who just helps the Spiritual Jackals", but that's MY opinion.

Whoa, talk about off topic, LMAO. Alright, I'm slowly getting ideas for that 2nd story of "The Last of the Nature Power", which will make the second story look like a REAL sequel to it. I also have a title, but just to excite you, I'm not gonna tell it.:P

Also, more about the remake of my fanfic, Legend of Spyro: Path of the Spirit, I can confirm that the original version of PotS is ALMOST finished, just two more parts and it's over, then I'll finish Domination: The Dragon Guard, and when that story's finished, the remake of Path of the Spirit will be born! Path of the Spirit's remake will just be called "Path of the Spirit" instead of Legend of Spyro: Path of the Spirit. I do this so any confusion with the original version and remake is avoided, I may hope.

And speaking of The Dragon Guard, Domination: The Dragon Guard may also become a story series, however, that depends on what kind of succes Domination: TDG will have. If The Dragon Guard's succesful, it'll be seeing a sequel, if that's not the case, it may remain as a "side story". Though it'd be pretty stupid if TDG was unsuccesful, because it uses elements from both the original Spyro games and the Legend of Spyro series, while it mostly takes place in it's OWN world, LoS characters play their own role (example; Malefor's a so-called Dragon Guard and a comic relief character), the Artisans World from the original Spyro's even in there! :D

Speaking of readin' my story, I can safely confirm that Domination: The Dragon Guard will be the start of a whole new trilogy. It just looks so DAMN good in my eyes. In The Dragon Guard, Malefor learns about his destiny and his inner powers, in its sequel, someone Malefor knows travels through a twisted dimension, and info about Domination 3 is TBA.

The titels of the three Domination stories are;

1. Domination: The Dragon Guard

2. Domination: Reflection

3. Domination: Depths of Fear

seeing how this has topic has not been updated since the 4th of november, i felt bad for it and decided to actually visit the Union. Not much is going here...ain't surprised since everyone has school. Just so you know, my story had hit 300K since the beginning of December, sooooo whoever it was on this forum that said hitting 300K would be impossible, (I think it was 9werewolf...or was it someone else?) I accomplished it. Just the nxt goal 400K is something that i'm not entierly sure. (Chances are it porbably would happen. If u ever bother reading my story, Reign of Darkness on Fanfiction, i still got A LOT to type up.) Anywho, i had not updated in nearly 2 weeks in which case if you are wondering, i updated today and hey i just got closer to 310K lololololol. Review plz! :D

Then, cracks appear in the Dragon Realms, which slowly changes into a snowy place with ice, and it starts to look like the Realm of Death!!!

"Farewell, universe..." says the Light Master, while he's floating in outer space, where in the planets start freezing!!!

DK Mark (My OC of my spyro series):"Five years ago...our home was burnt to the ground..."

*shows a village by the ocean being brunt down*

DK Mark: We were betrayed by our own people

*shows thirteen men in front of the fire*

DK Mark: Everyone thought everyone died in the massacre...

*shows DK Mark (Age 8) standing on a cliff overlooking the burning town*

DK Mark: They were dead wrong...

*shows the title "Legend of Spyro: The Lost War", then cuts to a barren wasteland and shows a large black gate in the midst of a bunch of swords, the gate opens and the camera zooms in on the ajar door. Suddenly an eye opens from the inside and the camera soon shows "Coming soon"*

Domination: Depths of Fear is going to have a different title now, Depths of Fear's already used as a title for an episode in a show, so part 3 of the Domination trilogy will be;

Domination: Final Struggle

Also, if you're intrested, I'm writing a fanmade prequel to the Legend of Spyro trilogy, which takes place during the war against Dark Master Malefor. Check out my topic on the USU "Born for Revenge (Prequel to LoS trilogy)", as you might understand from the topic title, my prequel's titled "Born for Revenge". It is supposed to be a complicated and VERY tragic story. (Tragic because I want to do so much more with drama.)

Born for Revenge introduces two new Dragon Guardians; Erba and Soir. Erba is a "Nature Dragon" and Soir is a "Night Dragon". Erba & Soir are each others' bestest friends, and lose themselves later on. They lose themselves to the tragic events that happen on the Dragon Realms. This drives one of them insane.

 Plus, MY version of the three LoS games form some kind of story. I'm busy with the 2nd one, read my topic Legend of Spyro trilogy (my own version). My OWN LoS trilogy tells about multiple worlds, such as the Artisans World, the LoS world and many more. A meteorite crashes on the Artisans World, causing some strange black goop to appear! Here are the titles of my three LoS games;

1. The Legend of Spyro: Twin Dimensions

2. The Legend of Spyro II: Between the Worlds

3. The Legend of Spyro III: The Lost and Corrupted Soul

MY Legend of Spyro trilogy would've gotten a VERY surprising Final Boss if I got to create the games. Alas, I couldn't make them, which is the reason I created a topic about my own version of the trilogy, so read if you're intrested. ;) 

kool, here's my Soyro stories in Chronological order, although two of them are kinda ideas at the moment, i might make them into fanfics sometime. Anyway, here are the stories:

1. Legend of Spyro: Rise of the King (Basically a story that tells of Sedro, DK Mark and Revan's dad and his life before he became king and other things)

2. Legend of Spyro: The Lost War (the prequel story that tells of my OC DK Mark and what happened after the Massacre, this is probably much darker and more emotional, as it shows Revan and DK Mark's true emotions, as well as some darker things such as betrayal and many others)

3. Legend of Spyro: a New Hero (The first ever spyro story that started it all, now edited and free to view from my deviantart page, look up "Drag0nK1ng" and check them out.)

4. Legend of Spyro: The Dragon King (Parts 1 and 2): Basically my second and third Spyro stories that i split, these are basically the main uest of my work and reveal most of the plot

5. Legend of Spyro: Battle for the Throne (basically a bit of a story that ties in to TLW, includes some old enemies of the DK's and some family history, am currently debating whether or not to make it, so far am thinking of it)

5. Legend of Spyro: Burying the Past (Another story that reveals many things about DK Mark, his past is shedded to some degree, and many secrets are revealed.

6. Legend of Spyro: The Fallen Ones/ Prince of Darkness (a story focusing on Ryuu, DK Mark's son, and his adventures to save the world, this also includes more about the family's lineage and something else entirely, also introuces three characters whom are now my favs)

The universe starts to look like the Realm of Death, and in a sunny field, Hunter's sitting around a camp fire with our purple hero and the Guardians...

"Spyro, she doesn't exist! Accept that she's fake!!" Ignitus yells furious. "No, Cynder is real. And you know it... But you're just too

damn stubborn to admit her existence!!!" Spyro shouts and curses.

"Sadness, anger and disbelief..."

"You need to live, Spyro, the other three guardians are no beasts... They're dragons..." Ignitus says, then Cynder appears next to Hunter. Spyro looks at Cynder with an emotional feeling and says "Well, guess this is good-bye...".

"But I've done so much evil, I want this..." Cynder replies, and tries to kiss our purple friend, but before the dragoness can even reach Spyro's face, she turns into SNOW, and is blown away by the wind!!

"Even in his most painful moments, a light shines deep inside him..."

"This is what fathers do..." Ignitus says, and his dark form fires a purple beam of fire from his mouth!!!

Path of the Spirit

The remake of Path of the Spirit (the remake's only titled "Path of the Spirit"), features an icy world and wintery weathers that suddendly happen for whatever reason. Also, in the remake, Spyro will get nightmares, and that happens... quite a lot of times. Those bad dreams are namely about Malefor who has returned, and how he... AAHH, just read my story! I'm not going to spoil it!!

The ending of DotD's also slightly changed in Path of the Spirit, but I guess that's what a remake is for!:lol:
