Mine was on Hey You, Pikachu, when Pikachu went to a tissue box and threw out every tissue. I would scream "NO!!!!!!!!". It was so memorable.

Playing Mario Kart Wii at a friend's house, using wi-fi. We somehow managed to keep getting the game to go to Moo-Moo meadows, and I used a rather amusing Mii character. That just might have been the most I've ever enjoyed playing a video game.
