A GameSpot Justicar is a trusted member of the site, as well as a user who has also proven their writing skills amongst the GameSpot community. They have a solid grounding on advanced writing skills and are in regular practice.

Q: How do I submit my entry?
A: The feature submission page will have specifics on where to submit your entry, but usually any entry for a GameSpot feature will be sent to community@gamespot.com. A: That depends greatly on the feature in question, there will usually be a list of requirements but a list of best practices include the following; at least 500 words, one picture, correct basic formatting, and grammar (paragraphs, sentences, etc.).

Of course you can, but make sure that each is at the best quality it can be. A single well written article will have a greater chance of getting you featured than five thrown together articles.
