In a country in which the news media is highly suspect, and the quality of unbiased reporting has been thrown into the trash can, CNN has stooped to new depths. Notwithstanding the fairness, or lack therein, of CNN's recent piece entitled "Death Grip: Inside Pro Wrestling," perhaps the best example of how CNN misrepresents and unfairly presents their biased, if not illegal, point of view is the comparison of WWE's unedited video above to CNN's edited version. CNN's depiction of John Cena as it relates to steroids is not only professionally and morally wrong, but damaging to his character.

You'll excuse me if I remain skeptical as to whether Cena is or isn't. The way CNN edited, from what I hear, was cheap, no doubt and comes off far more damaging than what he actually said... unless, of course he's pulling a Kennedy and his name comes up on the next suspension list, which we all know isn't going to happen. However, John Cena's word that he isn't doesn't mean much to me.

The only guy that I'd vouch for in the entire WWE to not being on steroids is CM Punk and I know for a fact he has worked out like a fiend to get the size that he has. I've actually seen his progression over the years. Now compare his physique and John Cena's. You don't naturally get human head sized biceps.

And when WWE keeps main eventing shows with the Cenas, Lashleys and Batistas of the world, neither the steroid problems nor the steroid scrutiny will ever end.

I'm not sure what to think of Cena and steroids. I will give him the benefit of the doubt but that's assuming he spends about 4 hours a day at least three days a week in the gym.

Well right now I think the entire wrestling world is a suspect when it comes to steroids and Cena is pretty bulky if you ask me so I wouldn't really take his utter word on that.

unless we have proof, then we should just take his word for it... it's not fair to speculate over something like this.

Oh I'm not saying I'm condemning him to a steroid user by any means, I'm just saying that right now the entire wrestling world is a suspect to that stuff so don't take it the wrong way if I don't take his every word for it. It's called being cautious.

Very unfair to edit it the way it was shown, taken out of context and they didn't show all what he had to say. I say innocent till proven guilty.

Near the end of ECW there was a message at the bottom of the screen saying that WWE.com has an interview of Cena up.

That's hardly a defence.

Isn't it wierd that all you've done so far is put down other people's posts? (except for the Morrison-JBL post)

Isn't it weird, that you've shown no proof? Isn't it weird, having an opinion?

cena on steriods no way(sarcasm)

really why do we care? i thought most fans of wrestling came to expect steriods and nobody gave a crap until recently so ya why do we care? why is it suddenly a big deal? not like benoit is the first case of that nature

everyone but the women and light weights are on roids and the women have implants instead and light weights just wont do them or they are midgets one of the two. with a few exceptions some lightweights use em some heavyweights dont but its a mostly accurate general rule and sorry but cena is on them if had to take a guess and anybody guessing otherwise is being naive.
