Lots of Updates on LTS and Fear:

- On the 15th of October CZW will present ashow called FEAR in Middletown Delaware

As for that 8th spot in the Tag Tournament?

Nothing is set in stone, but the promoter is working dilligently to try to bring back a very popular duo, by offering them a chance to become the CZW World Tag Team Champions at "Last Team Standing". Hopefully, they can be signed to compete at this event. How popular are they? Let's just say that, IF they can be signed for the 14th, there's sure to be a full crowd of "Little Masturbators" cheering them on to the gold.

OM m-f,n G  im so happy :D Team Masturbation will most likely be coming back YAY!! :D if they do return it will be My top wrestling moment of 2006, once TM are comfirmed im going to try and beg my dad to give my the money to fly over for the LTS if he does let me i wont be going to COD8 because he says im only aloud to fly over to see Wrestling twice a year but hey if Team Masturbation are going to be returing that will be better than COD 8

- Ed Omac posted this on the CZW site about the BLK OUT and the Tag Toury

BLKOUT has come to an agreement with Combat Zone Wrestling and will be dropping their lawsuit against the promoter for stripping them of the CZW World Tag Team Titles. In return, CZW has granted them the following two requests:

1. The BLKOUT will now enter two teams into the "Last Team Standing Tournament".

2. The BLKOUT does not have to announce the team pairings until they choose to, if at all. However, we have been informed that those participating in the tournament are: CZW World Heavyweight Champion "The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston, Ruckus, Ricky Reyes, and the New Member of BLKOUT.

Combat Zone Wrestling wishes to apologize to any fans who were unhappy with the late start time on Saturday, September 9th at "eXpect the uneXpected". CZW Owner John Zandig has informed the CZW News Update staff that despite the "Chris Cash Memorial Show" running late after the CZW World Title match, the main event ladder match of the show was something dedicated to the memory of Chris Cash, and would not have been the same if moved onto the second show. Also, the ring was in need of repair after the first show, and held up the night show from beginning sooner.

Apologies from CZW, but rest assured changes are being made to ensure that Combat Zone Wrestling kicks off Fall 2006 the right way with a highly-anticipated show in "Last Team Standing", and begins to build towards our December "Cage of Death VIII" mega-event.

- More updates by Ed o Mac on FEAR and LTS

Drake Younger has been signed to make his CZW return on October 15, 2006 at "CZW Fear" in Delaware! More on Drake and his opponent as we get closer to the show date.

Also, Mana has expressed a strong desire to maim DJ Hyde. Coming off their great bout at "CZW eXpect the uneXpected", these two may very well hook it up again at "CZW Fear" on October 15th, that is if DJ accepts Mana's challenge for a rematch. We'll have more on this as we get closer to the show, as we await word on DJ's answer.

The brackets for the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament have been drawn up and will be revealed soon, beginning next week.

We will have an update on the final spot of the tournament, as we await confirmation on the involvement of the 8th team. CZW News Update hopes to bring you a definate "yes" or "no" by next week, at the latest.

8 teams is a lot for a round robin. my guess is a bracket tournament.

KoW ftw!

Lots and Lots of updates on LTS & FEAR , thanks to Ed O Mac

September 14th -

Injury Report:

BLKOUT’s Ruckus was knocked silly twice - by one of Derek Frazier’s lightning-fast kicks and also by being put through a table at ringside by Frazier’s frogsplash to the arena floor. He was able to finish the bout, a ladder match tribute to the late Chris Cash, and will not miss any time.

Pandora suffered a dislocated shoulder during “CZW eXpect the uneXpected” and was in a sling as the night ended. Her status, as well as the status of Pandora’s Box for “CZW Last Team Standing” is unknown at this time, but will be updated well before the show date.

“The Savior of CZW” Chris Hero was injured during his CZW World Heavyweight Title loss to Eddie Kingston at “CZW Down With the Sickness 4-Ever”, which not only led to his downfall in that match, but also kept him from competing at “CZW eXpect the uneXpected” in what was going to be a three-way return bout with Kingston, also involving Justice Pain. Hero was said to have trouble walking out after the bout, but seemed to be feeling better towards the end of the night. He is not scheduled to miss any action, and will be ready for Tag Team Title action for CHIKARA and Combat Zone Wrestling on September 22nd and October 14th, respectively.

Speaking of Hero, he claims the issue with new CZW World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Kingston is most definately NOT over and that he WILL eventually get his rematch for the title. With both men already slated to compete in the "Last Team Standing Tournament", will we see these two go at it...possibly with even more gold on the line?

Team AnDrew’s Drew Gulak will be appearing on this week’s “Total Nonstop Radio” broadcast at www.totalnonstopradio.com to discuss his start in the business as well as what it’s like to be a young CZW wrestler. You can catch this show every Thursday Night at 9 p.m. EST.

Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce that CZW Iron Man Champion LuFisto has been signed for the HUGE "CZW Last Team Standing" event on October 14th. We’ll have much more detailed information on her involvement with the show in future updates. Ironman, Ironwoman…call her by whatever championship moniker you will, but LuFisto has been one of the most popular CZW Ironman Champions in recent memory. She looked fantastic with her ability to dish out & take punishment both in the “Chris Cash Memorial Battle Royal” that she won, as well as her successful defense of the title against former champion B-Boy at “eXpect the uneXpected”. One person she did not make friends with, however, is “The Future of Hardcore” Nick Gage, who is disgusted by her possession of the title. We’ll be contacting Nick Gage soon to get his comments on LuFisto’s return to CZW for October.

And speaking of Nick Gage...

There's been a lot of rumors between the CZW Staff about two seperate incidents involving Nick Gage over the past 5 days. Apparently, John Zandig, looking out for the best interests of his company, really had it out with the "Future of Hardcore" in the backstage area about his treatment of LuFisto, as Gage interrupted her celebration Saturday to deliver an absolutely sick "Chokebreaker". Zandig, upon being contacted, claims that everything is fine as far is he is concerned, and "Nicky is just being Nicky". However, apparently there was another incident this week, this time between Justice Pain and Nick Gage at the New Alhambra Arena. Gage & Pain attended a training session at the CZW/CHIKARA Wrestle Factory, in which Pain, who has been receiving tremendous fan support and actually listening to the fans in return, began coaching the wrestling students in how to use the crowd support to turn the momentum of a match. Gage, outraged by this, slapped one of the students and told him to **** the fans!". Pain then got in between both, and words were exchanged between The H8 Club members.

Pain & Gage will be competing together at "Last Team Standing", but one has to question exactly where Gage's head is at lately. From embracing the fans at Tournament of Death, to publicly **** on them for the past two months...does even Nick Gage know what he's thinking anymore? And arguing with Pain & Zandig? His closest and ONLY friends? I think if Gage knows what's best for him, and he usually does, he'll cool down.

Finally, DJ Hyde has received Mana's challenge for a rematch at "CZW Fear" on October 15th, and has offered no response at this time. CZW Daily News has been told that a response WILL be given by the September 20th MBA event, after Maven T. Bentley, Esq. has properly examined the "pros and cons" for such a brutal rematch involving his client.

September 15th -

Congratulations go out to Jigsaw, who is having a breakout 2006, and became the new CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion on September 9th at CZW “eXpect the uneXpected”. Jigsaw has been appearing regularly with Combat Zone Wrestling and CHIKARA and is having a career year in both companies.

In CHIKARA, Jigsaw continues to do battle with his top foes, “The Kings of Wrestling”, and by the power of CHIKARA Comissioner Bob Saget was recently pitted against nemesis Icarus in a “Mask Vs. Hair” match. In that exciting main event bout, Jigsaw came out on top, keeping his mask and gaining even more momentum in a year that his seen him become a real main event star for the company.

His success has translated into even more confidence in Combat Zone Wrestling. Jigsaw, despite not always being on the winning end as of late, has been involved in some VERY important matchups – including a 3-way “Winner’s Choice” ladder match, a qualifying bout for Best of the Best 6, and a controversial 3-way showdown with Ring of Honor Tag Team Champion Austin Aries and Pandora Box’s B-Boy at the BotB event. Jigsaw looked great in the bout, even drilling Aries with his signature “Jig ‘N Tonic” finisher, but the selfish B-Boy, for whatever reason, decided to piss off the Philly fans who sensed an upset and knocked Jigsaw out of the tournament during the pinfall attempt.

Jigsaw’s next setback came when he was unable to make a #1 Contender’s bout for the CZW Jr. Heavyweight Title a few months back, due to scheduling issues between he & CZW. We all hoped this be not be the final setback to deter his rising star in the 'Zone. Then, just last month in Hellertown, PA, Jigsaw suffered an ankle injury that kept him out of action the following night in Barnesville, PA. The setbacks continued.

From the verge of a championship title shot to double-crossed, unbooked, and injured, Jigsaw’s chances of making a splash in CZW seemed to be fading away. But still, the CZW faithful demanded he be a part of the title scene, and CZW saw to it that he was given the #1 contender’s match that he deserved at “Down with the Sickness 4-Ever”. He’d have to get buy one of his oldest foes and toughest rivals – the evil minion known as Hallowicked. The match was fast-paced, with both men attempting to end things as soon as possible and rest up for a title shot on the evening show. Jigsaw finally scored the victory, and the fans realized he’d get his biggest match yet in just a few hours. But there was no time to celebrate, as new CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Sonjay Dutt attacked Jigsaw from behind and mocked him.

“Halloween…is that who I’m facing? Halloween?” It was the ultimate sign of disrespect. Sonjay Dutt, the big-time TNA “superstar” was disgusted he’d have to even step in the ring with Jigsaw, who he saw as a joke. The CZW fans chanted “Jigsaw!” They also chanted “Halloween!” They’d chant any name as long as their favorite puzzle-piece clothed masked wrestler could somehow shut Dutt up once and for all.

The match took place as “CZW eXpect the uneXpected”, and following failed interference from Pandora’s Box member Messiah, Jigsaw was able to crush a cocky, brash, and arrogant Sonjay Dutt with the “Jig ‘N Tonic” and shock the world. The unexpected had happened and Jigsaw – the guy who kept his mask, the guy who hurt his ankle, the guy who got screwed by B-Boy, and most importantly, the guy the fans love, had just become the CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion.

CZW is proud to announce that CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jigsaw will be appearing at CZW “Last Team Standing” on October 14th. Due to the importance of the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament, it remains to be seen whether or not he will be in action, as we want to deliver a memorable tournament first and foremost.

However, CZW News Update *can* confirm that there will a Jr. Heavyweight Division matchup taking place at “Last Team Standing”. It could very well be Jigsaw’s first title defense. Or…some new challengers may be competing to declare the next challenger for the title. There's a lot of rumors about wrestlers, both fan favorite and hated, who feel they have proven themselves in competition in recent months and deserve a crack at the gold. Jigsaw has definately become the hunted. We’ll have a full update on the announced bout as we get closer to the huge “Last Team Standing” event, right here on CZW Daily News Update.

Pandora's Box

Despite the best efforts of Pandora's Box to destroy Combat Zone Wrestling internally by recruiting some of its most beloved stars to their group, CZW Daily News Update wishes to remain professional and would like to send out congratulations to CZW star Messiah, who will be getting married in October.

Pandora's Box definately had a very rough September. Sonjay Dutt both won & lost the CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Title. There is friction in the group, as Adam Flash accidently cost Messiah a match against Luke...AND Messiah, looking to step up, was not able to save Sonjay's title reign in his defense against Jigsaw. Add to the fact that Pandora suffered a dislocated shoulder for her constant interference throughout the day.

The word is that Pandora's Box is taking the month off to regroup, celebrate Messiah's wedding, and come back stronger than ever in November. We'd wish them good luck in their regrouping but that would ultimately be wishing bad things to CZW. So we hope they come back at each other's throats more than ever.

Overall, there looks to be 10 matches in total at October 14th's CZW "Last Team Standing", with four first-round tournament matches, two semi-final bouts, matches involving CZW Ironman Champion LuFisto, The Necro Butcher, and the CZW Jr. Heavyweight Division, as well as the tournament final for the CZW World Tag Team Championships.

CHIKARA presents “Once in a Lifetime” in Reading, PA on September 22nd, a show that is absolutely stacked and will deliver a memorable experience for a great cause. Check out www.CHIKARAPro.com for more information on this event!

Combat Zone Wrestling wants to commend our fans for their efforts in providing exciting, creative "Music Videos" for our annual Cage of Death shows. Coming soon, we'll be announcing a special contest for those interested in preparing their own video for CZW "Cage Of Death VIII", the blockbuster event scheduled for December. Prizes and inclusion on the "Cage of Death VIII" DVD are just some of the rewards for your efforts. Stay tuned!

We'll see you this weekend here at CZW Daily News Update, as we get ready to announce the first tag team matchup at CZW "Last Team Standing" and bring more information about our CZW "Fear" show the next evening! Both events are shaping up to be quite awesome

More LTS & FEAR updates by Ed O Mac

16th of September -

"Welcome to CZW, Ricky Reyes...Hope You Survive the Experience!"

With CZW World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Kingston and Ruckus continuing to add to the list of opponents they have pissed off, BLKOUT could not have picked a better “enforcer” to stand tall and watch out for his brethren then former Ring of Honor Tag Team Champion Ricky Reyes.

Reyes come to us with tremendous experience, having competed regularly with Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Guerilla, two respected promotions where Reyes gained a notable reputation as an excellent tag team wrestler, a rebellious tough-as-nails member of a dominant faction, and a man who was quick to find himself involved in championship situations. All of those descriptive statements about Reyes have all been trademark qualities found in BLKOUT since their formation in Combat Zone Wrestling back in 2004.

Reyes is in excellent condition and has hung with some of the wrestling scene’s finest, including CM Punk, Roderick Strong, Samoa Joe, and Petey Williams. Reyes win-loss record was a good one, which is what BLKOUT is expecting from their talented...but not yet last...new member.

It will be interesting to see how Reyes adapts to his newfound powerhouse “Label, Not a Stable” in Combat Zone Wrestling. While familiar with CZW competitors like El Generico and Super Dragon, there are plenty of CZW stars who are just waiting to get a chance to properly welcome Reyes to the CZW Arena.

Reyes likes to make an immediate impact, and that’s just what he did on September 9th, aiding his new ally “The King of Diamonds” Eddie Kingston in defeating CZW World Heavyweight Champion Chris Hero to win the title. Quite a way to make your debut! Reyes will be participating in the “Last Team Standing” tournament for the vacant CZW World Tag Team Titles, and may very well have the experience to help his team come out with the gold.

“Mr Wrestling” Kevin Steen

CZW News Update wishes former CZW Ironman Champion “Mr. Wrestling” Kevin Steen well in his travels to Europe and Japan in the upcoming months. Check out various international forums for more information on Steen’s bouts, as he currently is not scheduled for CZW action in October and November.

The Generic One

CZW Owner John Zandig has informed CZW Daily News Update that they are trying to sign El Generico to be a part of the scheduled Jr. Heavyweight Division matchup at CZW “Last Man Standing”. Generico would add even more competition to a bout that may very well see Jigsaw’s new #1 contender for his CZW World Jr. Heavyweight championship...or could even include Jigsaw! We’ll keep you updated on the status of El Generico right here in future installments of the Update.

“Last Team Standing” Tournament – Quarter-Final Round Match #1 Announced

CZW News Update has learned the very first Quarter-Final Round Match for the October 14th CZW “Last Man Standing” show…

And this one’s personal.

Former CZW World Tag Team Champions “The Kings of Wrestling” – “The Savior of CZW” Chris Hero and “Double C” Claudio Castagnoli will face The BLKOUT – featuring two of either CZW World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Kingston, Ricky Reyes, former World Champion Ruckus, or The New Member.

Fresh off of robbing Chris Hero of the title due to interference, BLKOUT will have to step right up to their most hated rival & his Snobbish Swiss Banking Buddy if they want to reclaim the CZW World Tag Team Titles – belts that were stripped from their group in the first place! Can Hero & Claudio gain a measure of revenge or will BLKOUT once again have the last laugh? And just who is going to represent BLKOUT? We’ll find out at CZW “Last Team Standing” on October 14th!

George W. Baus

CZW Owner John Zandig has announced that Combat Zone Wrestling is still going through the numerous tape submissions for the “Chris Cash Memorial Scholarship” and should be announcing a decision in the upcoming months. The efforts of CZW tryout wrestlers George W. Baus, Joe Gacy, Committed, and Superstar LJ have been noted, as it takes a lot of courage to compete in front of a hostile crowd in a prestigious event like “Tournament of Death”, as well as such a historic venue as CZW’s home.

Zandig will be discussing this briefly at CZW “Last Man Standing”, and told CZW Daily News Update that he has listened to the fans’ requests and will be inviting none other than George W. Baus to come to the ring during this segment. CZW Daily News Update has no word on whether or not Nick Gage’s threat to “Rip his f#cking head off and kick it out of the building” will be in effect. - Ed O'Mac

another 1st round match has been made for the tag tournament - The H8 Club V.S The Blk Out

i want to see both Blk Out teams go out in round 1

More LTS & FEAR updates by Ed O Mac:

september17th -

A Controversial Change in "Last Team Standing" Tournament!

Yesterday here on "CZW Daily News Update" it was announced that the "Kings of Wrestling" - Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli would take on two representatives from BLKOUT in the Quarter-Final Round of the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament.

Upon hearing this, CZW World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Kingston left the "Update" a very angry voice mail, once again threatening suit to the company if he wishes were not met.

"F#ck Hero. And his Bit#hClaudio. I got some news for you - we're not facing them. I wanted nothing more than to beat Chris Hero twice in one day. But he showed his true colors one more time. He faked an injury at the night show, and decided not to get his ass kicked again. So f#ck you Hero. Just like you robbed me of the chance to beat your ass and pulled out of the match, BLKOUT isn't gonna give you the chance to wrestle us in the first round. Change the match, or you'll hear from our attorney. You CZW front office bit#hs already gave us two teams, so we know we got you right by the balls."

CZW Owner John Zandig was told this, and responded:

"Hero & Claudio will see the BLKOUT  in the tournament at some point...if BLKOUT can even make it that far. They can have their way. Go on the site and let the fans know that since BLKOUT ran away from a fight last month, they're gonna get their teeth kicked in by the motherf#cking H8 Club in the first round! C Z f,nW!"

That's right, in the first Quarterfinal Match for the CZW World Tag Team Tournament, two representatives of BLKOUT will now be facing the extremely hostile H8 Club - "The Future of Hardcore" Nick Gage & "The Ultraviolent All-Star" Justice Pain!

CZW Fear on October 15th!

Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce that CZW "Fear" will be held on October 15th at "Frightland", an outdoor venue, in Middletown, Delaware, with a bell-time of 3 PM.

Already signed:

The CZW Return of Drake Younger!

Mana has challenged DJ Hyde to a rematch!

CZW Iron Man Champion LuFisto will defend her title!

The Delaware return of Sexxxy Eddy!

Big News on CZW Iron Man Champion LuFisto!

CZW has listened to its fans demand that the CZW Iron Man Title be more actively defended! Current champion LuFisto has been informed that she must defend the title at CZW "Last Team Standing"...as well as at CZW "Fear" the very next day! The odds seem pretty good that LuFisto's reign may be in deep trouble in October!

CZW Iron Man Champion LuFisto contacted us and make the following statement:

"I just wanted to let the company and the fans know that at 'Last Team Standing', I am issuing an open challenge to any of the so-called 'men' in that locker room who want to come for MY title." We'll have more information on LuFisto's opponents for both shows in the upcoming weeks!

Luke Speaks Out!

Luke, fresh off of defeating Messiah this month, has informed "CZW Daily News Update" that he wants a shot at the CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Title currently held by Jigsaw! Luke has been signed to the loaded "Last Man Standing" card, and will be participating in the Jr. Heavyweight Division matchup. We'll have more information in the future on whether the bout will determine a #1 contender for the title...or if Jigsaw is very well defending the bout there! - Ed O'Mac

September 18th -

"Lightning" Mike Quackenbush

CZW Daily News Update would like to congratulate Best of the Best 5 winner and former CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion "Lightning" Mike Quackenbush on his recent travels to Germany, where he competed for the WXW promotion in the "World Lightweight Tournament" on September 16th. This show included former CZW Iron Man Champion Kevin Steen, El Generico, and Emil Sitoci, who has briefly competed for CZW.

"Primo" Robby Mireno

There is no doubt that the biggest mouth in BLKOUT is that of CZW veteran "Primo" Robby Mireno. Mireno recently toured Italy with the IWZ promotion, where he wrestled on shows alongside CZW competitors like Kevin Steen and El Generico (they're just everywhere these days!). Mireno's return to CZW and to a BLKOUT which now has new members and a new CZW World Heavyweight Champion in the ranks will certainly be an interesting one, as I'm sure we're not going to hear the end of it from Mireno, who as of late has been stepping it up inside the wrestling ring in addition to his sneaky ringside actions as the manager. What does the "Pat Sajak of Fat Paystacks" have in store for his boys at the "Last Team Standing" tournament?

Hallowicked

CZW Daily News Update attempted to get in touch with the "Dark Minion of the Underworld" Hallowicked to get his thoughts on new CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jigsaw. As you know, Jigsaw edged out 'wicked at "Down with the Sickness 4-Ever" to earn his title shot and captured the gold in a shocker! CZW Owner John Zandig has told us that he feels Hallowicked deserves another oppurtunity to get into the title hunt. Unfortunately, Hallowicked's CHIKARA tag team partner Delirious answered the call, and we are still trying to understand a single word that was said. We'll have more information about the status of Hallowicked for October's huge "Last Team Standing" show after this weekend.
- Ed O'Mac

September 19th -

Second Quarter-Final Match Announced for “Last Team Standing” Tournament!

Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce the second Quarter-Final bout in the “Last Team Standing” Tournament to crown brand-new CZW World Tag Team Champions. The team of Cheech & “The One Hit Wonder” Cloudy will face Team AnDrew – Drew Gulak & “The Future of Sambo Style” Andy Sumner! Both teams are young & hungry for championship gold, and will have to go through each other in order to get to it! Can “Team AnDrew” keep their undefeated streak in CZW alive? Will Cheech & Cloudy finally get on the same page and stop fighting? May one of these teams very well be the “dark horse” that sneaks up on the multiple former tag team champions in the tournament and shocks the world? Find out at CZW “Last Team Standing” on October 14th, live from Philadelphia!

Ask CZW!

- JMasi writes: “Does Wifebeater have any future plans with CZW?”

Well, the former H8 Club founder and former CZW World Champion certainly has a future with Combat Zone Wrestling. Although he has not opted to rejoin the active roster, Wifebeater, just as CZW Owner John Zandig told the fans in his live interview, will always be there for CZW when he is needed to compete. Rumor has it that Wifebeater is looking for some more ultraviolent bouts to compete in as opposed to straight wrestling matches.

We can tell you that in October, Wifebeater will not be appearing for Combat Zone Wrestling and will be attending the wedding of Messiah. Hide your wives!

- Dorian Force writes: “I know the fans hate him, but I think he's the best heel in CZW so my question is why hasn't Niles Young got a rematch for the Jr. Heavyweight Title and why isn't he managed in CZW by Noel Harlow, but she manages him everywhere else?”

Niles “will get his shot” at some point for the title, claims CZW’s John Zandig. It was pointed out that Young’s actions as champion, including walking out of the Best of the Best tournament to avoid a title defense may be responsible for him having to “get in line”.

Niles' CZW bouts are negotiated by gold-digger/seeker Crissy Rivera, his manager, who no doubt wants her charge to be involved in the hunt for the title as soon as possible. We'll have to see if Noel Harlow turns up in CZW, and if Young can possibly handle both girls at once. For now, Rivera seems happy guiding Young by herself.

Huge news for CZW “Fear” on October 15th!

CZW Owner John Zandig has announced that the “Fear” show on October 15th just got even crazier!

The show will feature MULTIPLE deathmatches that will be contested with some of the most popular stipulations from past “Tournament of Death” events! These include:

A Panes of Glass Match!

An Ultraviolent B.W. Boards Match!

A “Tables, Ladders, and Chaos!” Match!

And…

A No-Ropes B.W. Match!

Zandig is also proud to announce the following stars have just been signed to the October 15th “Fear” show:

BLKOUT's Ricky Reyes!

CZW UVU Champion “The Future of Hardcore” Nick Gage!

“The Ultraviolent All-Star” Justice Pain!

And, someone who claims he's recently seen the light, the one-and-only Danny Havoc!

They join an already impressive line-up that will be further developed through the weeks here on “CZW Daily News Update” !

Another Wedding Celebration!

Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce that former CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Derek Frazier will soon be getting married! Following his impressive win over Ruckus in the main event of “Down with the Sickness 4-Ever”, Frazier must be feeling great heading into this great moment in his life. We wish one of CZW’s brightest young stars the best!

lots of updates for LTS & FEAR by Ed O Mac:

25th of September -

Team Masturbation Returns!

Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce that Team Masturbation – Beef Wellington & Excalibur have been officially signed to compete on October 14th at CZW “Last Team Standing” in the 8-team, single-elimination tournament to crown brand-new CZW World Tag Team Champions.

Beef & Excalibur reunite to form one of CZW’s loudest & most controversial teams, a team that may very well know how to clown around but also, just one year ago, came within a half-second of becoming the World Tag Team Champions.

They’ll get their second shot to become champions on October 14th, and must go through CZW’s best to do so...

Third Quarter-Final Round Matchup Announced for CZW “Last Team Standing”!

This is going to be…quite interesting. Brand-new Ring of Honor World Tag Team Champions and CHIKARA Campeones de Parejas “The Savior of CZW” Chris Hero & “Double C” Claudio Castagnoli will do battle with Team Masturbation – Beef Wellington & Excalibur at CZW “Last Team Standing”.

It was one year ago on October 8th at “Point of No Return” that Castagnoli & Hero competed against Team Masturbation for the very same titles. The fans were solidly behind the new team of Excalibur & Beef, and they shocked the crowd by nearly winning the titles. Hero & Claudio had their supporters, but a sea of "Little Masturbators", including several small children, were ready for an upset. Since then, Hero & Castagnoli have earned even more respect from the fans, and are white-hot in tag competition, reigning as the Tag Team Champions for both CHIKARA and Ring of Honor.

Claudio & Hero want a third set of titles to add to their waists, while Team Masturbation will no-doubt be stepping up to try to take down the “Kings of Wrestling” and add to their resume as they chase for the gold. Will The Kings of Wrestling be focused on winning, or focused on their problems with BLKOUT? Can Beef & Excalibur shock the world, or will “Team Masturbation get spanked? Find out live at the CZW Arena on October 14th!

The Necro Butcher Returns to Delaware!

The second day of CZW’s awesome double-shot weekend just got crazier as The Necro Butcher has been signed for action at CZW “Fear” in Middletown, Delaware! With the talent announced for that show, as well as the unique stipulations already dropped right here on CZW Daily News Update, things are going to be even more predictable at Frightland!

CZW Stars Speak Out!

CZW World Heavyweight Champion “The King of Diamonds” Eddie Kingston, CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jigsaw, and “The Kings of Wrestling” Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli were recently interviewed by CZW X-Tra about the upcoming CZW “Last Team Standing” event! What does King think about the rumored surprise Zandig has planned for him? What does Jigsaw think about his possible challengers? And do Hero & Castagnoli have a game-plan for a potential championship run? Look for these segments soon on CZWrestling.com

CHIKARA Delivers a “Once in a Lifetime” Show!

In front of a packed crowd in Reading, Pennsylvania, CHIKARA delivered a fantastic event called “Once in a Lifetime” on September 22nd!

Quick run-down of results:

1. Los Ice Creams & Hydra defeated The Colony & The Equinox when Hydra pinned Soldier Ant.
2. Young Lions Cup Champion Arik Cannon pinned Lance Steel.
3. CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion Jigsaw & Shane Storm defeated Rorschach & Crossbones when Storm pinned Rorschach.
4. Gran Akuma pinned "Reckless Youth" Tom Carter.
5. UltraMantis Black pinned Hallowicked.
6. Larry Sweeney & Daizee Haze defeated CZW World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Kingston in a handicap match.
7. Mike Quackenbush pinned Icarus.
8. CHIKARA Campeones de Parejas/ROH World Tag Team Champions Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli defeated The North Star Express, two falls to one.

Fourth Quarter-Final Match for “Last Team Standing” Tournament?

Well, there’s two teams left to be announced – The New Jersey All-Stars and BLKOUT Team II. They’d face each other, one would guess. Right? Well, as of this time, CZW Owner John Zandig has hinted to The Update that he may have something special in store for BLKOUT. This has to thrill the group that ALREADY has to face The H8 Club in Round 1. We’re not sure, yet, what this could be, but we’ll keep you posted and officially announce the final bout as soon as are given the word.

Ask CZW!

CZW wants to encourage its fans to keep sending in their questions, as well as comments, on the current CZW product. We still have questions to be answered right here in The Update, and will post them in due time. We value your opinion as we seek to keep growing and bringing you the best product possible, so speak up! - Ed O'Mac

Zandig Bans Ricky Reyes from "Last Team Standing" Tournament! For the first time since Big Daddy Sledge was BANNED from CZW in 1999-2000, CZW Owner John Zandig has banned superstar Ricky Reyes from participating in October 14th's "Last Team Standing" tournament! Reyes, who had informed the company of his intent to participate in October's show, is apparently involved in a title bout with another promotion, making his status for the "Last Team Standing" show questionable. Zandig, already furious with BLKOUT, has decided to outright ban Reyes from participating in the show, and sending another message to BLKOUT, who now have just "The Chris Cash of Smokin' Hash" Ruckus and "The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston available...but FOUR spots in the tournament to fill! Who will their new member be? Will "Primo" Robby Mireno be forced to step up as their fourth competitor? Will they bring in a 4th member? A new team? Zandig has outright screwed over BLKOUT once again, and I can't say I blame him! The World Champion Responds! The following message was sent by CZW World Champion Eddie Kingston via e-mail: "Well since big Johnny Z decided to be a smart guy and pull my boy Ricky Reyes off the show then I guess the fans of CZW will not see their World Champ at the show, either. The reason being that I was going to team up with Reyes to take back the gold that we never lost. But since Big Z wants to screw with Blkout then guess what? I'm out and the fans should be pissed at their so-called ICON for this."

lots more updates on LTS by "Mr CZW.com"  Ed O Mac

September 27th -

Zandig Makes Huge Double Main Event for "Last Team Standing" Card!

Zandig has just released the following information to CZW Daily News Update. CZW "Last Team Standing" will now feature a double main event, with the Tournament Final for the vacant CZW World Tag Team Titles being one half, and now...

CZW World Heavyweight Champion "The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston will defend the title against The Necro Butcher!

Zandig, furious at BLKOUT for their lack of details about their participants in the show, as well as the Reyes' situation, has forced Eddie Kingston to defend the title against Necro Butcher! This will be the first time Necro has had time to prepare for a World Title bout at the CZW Arena, and with BLKOUT already busy on this show, Eddie Kingston could possibly find himself on his own. Can Necro win the big one? Will Kingston survive?

"The King of Diamonds" Responds!

The following was delivered to CZW Daily News Update via e-mail from World Champion Eddie Kingston:

"Do you people think I'm scared of Necro? Death doesn't even scare me. I have been ready to die since the age of 15. So bring Necro and whoever else you want. I'm just a little surprised Big Z didn't give the title shot to his golden boys Gage and Pain. Maybe he realizes they don't deserve it. OOOOO and before I forget **** You Hero...and Necro get ready because I won't back down and I know you won't."

"Primo" Robby Mireno Responds!

The following was delivered to CZW Daily News Update via e-mail from BLKOUT's "Primo" Robby Mireno:

"I just got back from Italy, and I'm tryin' to figure out if I changed or maybe the whole company of CZW changed. And I know in most cases it would be more likely for me to have changed rather then an entire company. But I'm still the same motherf#cker, where as CZW is all f#cked up. See, I'm a simple man, I had 6 matches in Italy, now I wanna touch down to Chocolate City, smoke weed, watch The Wire, play 360, and get laid, that's it. And I can't even get that much out of life anymore. I mean, I must be a total piece of sh#t if I still let Zandig dictate sh#t that happens in my life. Do you enjoy punishing the man who holds your company's World Championship? Maven stripped us of the tag team championship, but quite frankly I'm not surprised, and just know we're prepared. We don't mind the hate John, feel free to hate on us all you want.

It makes you sick to look into a crowd and see BLKOUT shirts, especially considering we've told everyone including the fans to go fuk themselves.
But that's how we do, we encourage you to hate on us, but you just can't, cause we're just too gangsta, too strong.

There aint nobody ****in with BLKOUT. Necro? Eddie Kingston is going to lay his pimp hand down strong. October 14th, the BLKOUT will be in the building, fans leave the weapons at home and bring the weed, cause we are gonna be lightin' a whole lot of motherf#ckers up."

"Fear" on October 15th - Card Forthcoming!

With many of the participants announced for CZW "Fear" already, CZW Owner John Zandig has announced that the final card for this hardcore show will begin to take shape by this weekend. Stay tuned for updates on "Fear" right here throughout the week!

Final Quarter-Final Match for "Last Team Standing" Tournament Announced - BLKOUT's Hand Forced!

BLKOUT has announced that on October 14th at "Last Team Standing", they will be represented by "The Michaels Hayes of Gettin' Blazes" Ruckus & The New Member in the tournament for the CZW World Tag Team Titles. Their lone team in the tournament will face The New Jersey All-Stars - Lucky & JC Ryder, in the first round! The three athletes already in this match can wrestle, and sure can fly! This will be another chance for CZW's young lions to pull an upset and prove themselves against at least one CZW veteran. Who will The New Member of BLKOUT be? Could the ultra-cocky New Jersey All-Stars actually hear the cheers of the fans in this one? Expect an "Aerial Assault" of epic proportions!

But...Who Faces The H8 Club?

With BLKOUT escaping to the lower half of the bracket, who will now face The H8 Club in the first round? Eddie Kingston & Ricky Reyes, who one can assume were their original opponents, are now out of the tournament and dealing with their respective title situations.

The rumor mill at the CZW/CHIKARA Wrestle Factory had a few of the students claiming Eddie Kingston was on the phone with, quote, "his boys from New York". We don't know who this could be, if they're wrestlers, possibly new BLKOUT members, or just hired thugs that Kingston wants to take out Pain & Gage once and for all. Again, this is just a rumor, and if there's any truth to it we'll be sure to update you, the fans, immediately. Keep in mind, BLKOUT does hold the final spot in the tournament against Gage & Pain. But who will they bring in to take them out?

September 28th -

The Newest Member of BLKOUT Debuts on October 14th at "Last Team Standing"
Two mysteries surround The BLKOUT coming into October 14th's huge event.

Who is the The New Member that will team with Ruckus? And who will BLKOUT choose to face The H8 Club in Round 1?

The New Member of The BLKOUT has been revealed to the CZW Front Office, who in turn commented to CZW Daily News Update that the name of this person cannot be legally revealed due to the threat of BLKOUT's lawsuit from September 10th. CZW Owner John Zandig, despite his hatred for BLKOUT, had to admit that their recent addition was an incredibly popular talent who will instantly catch on in the Combat Zone.

We have been notified that:

A) The name of this wrestler must be revealed publicly by The BLKOUT by Wednesday, October 11th, in the best interest of promoting the event.

B) This wrestler will be making his CZW debut and has an impressive track record.

New Stars Signed for CZW's Return to Delaware!
Combat Zone Wrestling is proud to announce the signing of The BLKOUT's Ruckus, as well as The New Member of BLKOUT, for CZW "Fear" in Middletown Delaware!

Combat Zone Wrestling is working hard to bring in certain wrestlers you may not normally see on CZW events for the big Delaware return. We'll have a big update on "Fear" later in the week as the card becomes finalized.

Luke Speaks Out on Jigsaw and CZW!
The following e-mail message was sent to CZW Daily News Update by Luke, who wished to discuss a shot at Jigsaw as well as his undefeated New Orleans Saints:

"It's been a long time coming for CZW and I to work together. I wanted it, the fans wanted it, and once it happened I wasn't gonna let anybody close the door! Not Messiah, not Pandora's Box, and come next show it damn sure aint gonna be Jigsaw! Not to put Jigsaw down, 'cause he's a talented guy...or kid...or alien...or whatever the hell he is supposed to be, but fact is, I'm a opportunist, and I capitalize on every opportunity that's put in front of me! So if I get my request and get my shot at the CZW Jr. Heavyweight belt you better bet your ass that I'm gonna handle my bizzyness and get the job done!

The last year of my life has been a lil screwed thanks to a hurricane but just like my 3 and 0 Saints I'm gonna bounce back and get sh#t together! So to Jigsaw and the matchmakers at CZW, I'm gonna work my way up the ladder and I'm starting with the CZW Jr. Title and going up from there! With that being said, here's a message to the talented guys in CZW:

STEP YOUR GAME UP CAUSE Mr.504 AINT PLAYIN', IM KNOCKIN' HEADS OFF SO UNLESS YOU WANT A DOME CHECK YOU BETTA STAY DA HELL BACK! AND TO THOSE THAT DOUBT OR WANNA STEP UP THEN U BETTA PACK UR LUNCH!!!!"

BLKOUT Keeps Quiet on H8 Club's Opponents
An effort was made to interview BLKOUT's "Primo" Robby Mireno about the identities of who BLKOUT would be selecting to face The H8 Club in the Quarter-Final Round of the "Last Team Standing" Tournament. However, Mireno, who seemed eager to talk (surprise...), received a phone call during the interview at the New Alhambra Arena, and then suddenly declined the interview. Mireno, with a smirk on his face, claimed "Kingston's boys will be there", and then drove off after exiting the back door. We'll continue to follow this situation the best we can and try to discover the identities of the H8 Club's challengers, who apparently are close associates of CZW World Champion Eddie Kingston. - Ed O'Mac

Huge Updates for LTS & Fear

September 29th-

Zandig has been notified of Eddie Kingston's apparent choice to "bring in his boys" to be the 8th team as CZW "Last Team Standing". CZW Daily News Update has absolutely no idea whether or not Kingston would reveal his hand and let the fans know who this team is. We're guessing, since he hates us and you, that he won't. However, Zandig, who made comments to the Update insisting that Kingston & BLKOUT would not win a "numbers game" with the company, has made his own announcement. Zandig is pursuing some mysterious tag team that he claims would not only serve as back-up against the BLKOUT, but is also a team that BLKOUT thought they'd never have to compete against.

With the "Last Team Standing" show almost totally announced, we're not sure how or if this team could make an appearence there, or whether they'd be in Delaware...or both? Who the hell is Zandig talking about? AND can he sign them for this double-header weekend? As if BLKOUT didn't have enough problems! We'll have more information from the "Ultraviolent Icon" himself as he seeks out back-up to counter the BLKOUT's representatives.

-

10 blockbuster matches are set for CZW "Last Team Standing" on October 14th, with Eddie Kingston defending the CZW World Heavyweight Title against The Necro Butcher, LuFisto defending the CZW Ironman Title against whoever accepted her challenge, the CZW World Tag Team Title Tournament, and now, just announced:

CZW World Jr. Heavyweight Champion "A Wrestling Riddle Wrapped in an Enigma" Jigsaw will defend his title in a three-way matchup against Luke and former champion "The Triple XXX Sex Express" Sexxxy Eddy!

Jigsaw, one of the company's fastest rising and most popular stars, will have his first defense against two athletes who want glory NOW and by any means. Luke has expressed his views right here on CZW Daily News Update. He respects Jigsaw, but doesn't want to hear any sad stories about Jigsaw fighting his way to the top. Likewise, Sexxxy Eddy, the former Jr. Heavyweight Champion, had his title reign shortened when Sonjay Dutt used the championship belt last month against him. Eddy knows that it should have been he and Jigsaw in the championship bout, and he's using his rematch clause as CZW "Last Team Standing". This should be a unique blend of Jigsaw's lucha libre aerial assault against Luke's explosive flying tactics and strikes against Eddy's uinique combination of high-impact slams and unorthodox top-rope attacks. Three popular stars...but who wants the gold more?

October 2nd -

The Ultraviolent Underground Championship
CZW "Daily News Update" just received a breaking story about a confrontation between John Zandig and Nick Gage over the phone. Keep in mind, this is Zandig's side of the story, and tomorrow we will do our best to bring you Nick Gage's side of the story.

Due to an apparent lack of competition, as well as looking into "Nicky's best interests", Zandig contacted the reigning Ultraviolent Underground Champion and Tournament of Death 2006 Champion "The Future of Hardcore" Nick Gage about..."The Future of" his championship. Zandig, who wants to see Gage do nothing less than make sure BLKOUT leaves Philadelphia on matching stretchers, suggested that Gage stop making challenges when doing commentary, and that the UVU Title may just as well be retired so that Gage can focus on the tag team titles with Justice Pain. Zandig's concerned that Gage's frustration at a lack of challengers could be why he's been acting so strange lately. Gage's actions have certainly been questionable, as he recently attacked a student at the CZW/CHIKARA Wrestle Factory, got into an argument with Pain, and blatantly told the fans to go **** Themselves".

Gage, who according to many sources has been called a "Ticking Time Bomb" by Zandig after his actions throughout the past several months, was certainly not amused. Gage refused the idea to abandon the UVU Title, and said he'd die before the belt came off of him. Zandig claims that Gage flipped out on the phone, and went on a tirade against both Combat Zone Wrestling AND Zandig that we "didn't need to hear".

Zandig has made the following statement:
"If he wants a challenger, then he'll get one. Maybe I shouldn't have suggested that, but Nicky's been here as long as anyone and he knows what he's doing. Let the fans know that after Gage wins the tag team titles, he'll have an opponent as CZW Fear and the ****ing Ultraviolent Underground Title will be on the line!"

We're attempting to get Gage's side of the story, as well as his reaction to what looks like a title defense at CZW "Fear". Bare with us...because getting the unpredictable Gage to do an "interview" isn't an easy task. Zandig has actually requested that we do NOT talk to Gage because he "has a lot of things to say about CZW that the fans aren't going to like".

Gage Responds to Zandig, CZW Fans
After three phone calls on late Sunday night, H8 Club member "The Future of Hardcore" Nick Gage finally responded to criticisms of his strange behavior and an apparent argument between he and CZW owner John Zandig.

Gage claims that Zandig should have no authority over telling him when and where to defend his Ultraviolent Underground Title because:

"He never gets in the ring anymore."

"He takes himself off the show whenever he wants."

"He can't cut it in the ring without me watching his back and saving his ass every time."

Gage claims that he and Justice Pain will tear through Kingston's Hitmen, who Gage labeled as "probably a bunch of **** just like the BLKOUT." Gage also wanted the fans to know that "since Cage of Death two years ago, my brother and I have beaten every team in front of us, and there's no **** from New York that are going to come in and stop us from winning back OUR belts. **** The BLKOUT, and if the fans think differently, they can go **** themselves, too. Actually, nevermind. Just tell them to go **** themselves anyway."

Then Gage hung up the phone. And didn't answer further calls. Which isn't a good thing, because the last matter of business was to inform him of who Zandig selected to face him for the Ultraviolent Underground Title at CZW "Fear". And this isn't going to make him any happier.

Zandig has announced, that if Gage is up for the challenge, then, live from Middletown, Delaware at CZW "Fear", "The Future of Hardcore" Nick Gage will face Drake Younger for the Ultraviolent Underground Championship. "He deserves the shot, the fans were behind him, and he's crazy enough to hang with Nicky", claims the CZW owner.

We'll try our best to get Gage's comments on this blockbuster announcement in the days leading up to the CZW "Last Team Standing" and "Fear" double-header weekend!

CZW Ironman Championship on the line at CZW "Fear"

The CZW Ironman Championship will be on the line at CZW "Fear". If current champion LuFisto successfully defends her title at "Last Team Standing", then she'll be defending the belt in Delaware. However, whoever anwered her open challenge will also have the chance to do the same. CZW wishes to let the fans know that at CZW "Last Team Standing", the announcement of the challenger for the title will be made. Zandig has promised that "Fear" will definately see the title go back to its hardcore roots. That would be a natural fit for LuFisto, the popular champion with...hardcore roots (no, not her hair), and the fans have been waiting to see her compete in such a match. But will she still be the titleholder after October 14th?

Hon. Maven T. Bentley Accepts Mana's Challenge on Behalf of DJ Hyde!
If you haven't already seen it, head to www.CZWrestling.com to see an incredibly insulting video of Honorable Maven T. Bentley mocking Mana. Bentley contacted CZW Daily News Update and promised that at CZW "Fear", DJ Hyde would end Mana's career once and for all! No waiting for "Last Team Standing", this match is ON!  Ed O'Mac

October 3rd -

Gage Rips Fans, Truth on Gargiulo's Comments
"The Future of Hardcore" Nick Gage's eratic behavior continues to upset not only the fans, but now also CZW's staff. Combat Zone Wrestling was shocked to hear, that on the DVD release of "Expect the Unexpected", Gage went on an unprovoked rant on the CZW fans, calling them worthless, smelly, unattractive, and countless other insults.

"Something like that would never go on a DVD," claimed CZW Owner John Zandig. "Gage purposely had them put it on there. He knew the reaction it'd get. And it wasn't a good idea. I don't know what's wrong with him, lately."

What made the situation worse is that the VOICE of CZW, the esteemed Eric Gargiulo, was seemingly in agreement with the UVU Champion. CZW Owner John Zandig contacted Daily News Update and made it clear that he personally contacted Garguilo for his side of the story. Apparently, after much deliberation to not reveal the truth, Gargiulo admitted that Gage forced him to agree with everything he said and have a "smack in the fans' faces", as he claims Gage labeled it. "The guy's the 2006 deathmatch champion and he's got me by the neck, bringing up how much he hates the CZW fans and dropping Not Worth Discussing's name, and said that I'm going to agree with anything he says or I wouldn't be physically able to work next month."

Gargiulo wouldn't go into detail if Gage told him to bring anything specifically up to egg on the CZW faithful. "Sonjay Dutt threatens you into calling Jigsaw "Halloween" and the fans laugh, Gage physically threatens me into making references to fan odors and they riot. The wrestlers can't keep doing this. Blame Gage. He hates (the fans). He'd come into the stands and try to fight every one of you. He really would. I see the fans as devoted and the driving force for CZW doing what it's done for so long. They've boo'd me, and I've boo'd some of their decisions, right back. However, I think we both understand that each side is very helpful in the development of the company. I'm sorry that you had to hear what you heard, but that's not Eric Gargiulo. That's all Nick Gage."

We at CZW Daily News Update don't understand Gage's actions, at all. It's as if he's purposely trying to destroy the company ever since 3 things happened:

1) He finally won TOD.
2) LuFisto won the Ironman Title.
3) Zandig attempted to retire the UVU Title.

Zandig wished to remind the CZW fans that if they have a problem with Gage's actions, that they let him know this vocally. "Nicky did this, not CZW. Tell them not to give him what he wants."

Editor's Note: Gargiulo's been one of the company's longest tenured performers, and I can personally vouch for his enthusiasm going into every single show. He has seemed a bit "edgier" lately on commentary, most notably since Nick Gage replaced Eddie Kingston as his on-screen partner. It can't be easy to work with "Time Bomb" like Gage, who goes from slapping a high-five to wanting to kill you, in just seconds. How long has Gage been planning on his independent "shoot" on the fans? Does he care that crowd support for The H8 Club just went down 50%? Does he care about the H8 Club...or just himself? And just what would Gage say NEXT TIME on commentary, having seen how the fans have reacted to his insults from this DVD? - Ed O'Mac

The BLKOUT Reveal Their Newest Member
The BLKOUT - CZW World Champion "The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston, "Primo" Robbie Mireno, and "The AJ Styles of Black & Milds" Ruckus are pleased to announce their newest member, who will be teaming with Ruckus at "Last Team Standing" in perhaps one of the most entertaining teams we've seen in Combat Zone in quite some time...

just cause dragon anit been in the Combat Zone for a while doesnt mean hes left , also Kingston was never going to leave and as for  Joker & Sabain i hated them b4 and i hate them even more now im glad they are gone

they put the belt on Kingston so he would stay.

and Dragon has been removed from the CZW roster page. why else would they do that? a swerve! omg, Zandig does it again! he got us! hurray for being a horrible booker.

even if Dragon is gone from CZW (which i hope isnt the case) CZW has lots more Great Talent than just him.

Nick Gage, Chris Hero, Sexxxy Eddy, Hallowicked, Team Masturbation Adam Flash, Nate Webb & Danny Havoc to name a few

Human Tornado??  That pick seems kind of odd to me.  Human Tornado is definitly great but I didn't expect him to end up in CZW.

Lots of New & Updates for LTS:

October 5th

The Kings of Wrestling signed on for CZW "Fear"!
ROH/CHIKARA Tag Team Champions The Kings of Wrestling - Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli have been signed for action at CZW "Fear" - Combat Zone Wrestling's ultraviolent return to TOD country!

Three questions to ponder:

1) How will Castagnoli & Hero be received by the bloodthirsty Delaware crowd?

2) Will they go into the event as holders of the Ring of Honor, Chikara, AND Combat Zone Wrestling Tag Team Titles?

3) With Ruckus & Human Tornado, Kingston's Hitmen, Zandig's Backup Team, and The H8 Club all in Delaware, what will the fallout of "Last Team Standing" be like?

Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli Send a Message to CZW's Teams
The CZW "Daily News Update" cameraman travelled to Philadelphia, PA last night and caught up with Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli. In an very emotional interview, Hero discusses losing the CZW World Title and being injured at the same time to his most hated opponent Eddie Kingston. Hero & Castagnoli also share their thoughts on the upcoming "Last Team Standing" Tournament.

October 6th -

Kingston Reveals his Personal "Hitmen" from New York
CZW World Champion "The King of Diamonds" Eddie Kingston, forced to reveal his hand, announced who BLKOUT was bringing in to eliminate & injure The H8 Club during the first round of October 14's "Last Team Standing" event at the New Alhambra Arena.

In from NYWC - New York Wrestling Connection are the two-time and reigning NYWC Tag Team Champions The Dead Presidents. With their reputation and Kingston's promise to send a message to Nick Gage & Justice Pain, this first-round match should be violent and personal!

You can read more about The Dead Presidents from the bio at the NYWC Website at http://www.nywcwrestling.com/roster/deadpresidents.html - Ed O'Mac

October 8th -

Kingston, Dead Presidents Called Out!
CZW Owner John Zandig contacted CZW "Daily News Update" to publicly announce that his "backup" will be ready for this weekend's double-header of CZW events. Brought into CZW to keep Eddie Kingston, The BLKOUT, and The Dead Presidents in check and to ensure a fair tournament, Zandig has promised BLKOUT a surprise they will never forget. Who is Zandig bringing to CZW? And why should BLKOUT be worried? Just who hates them THAT much?

When asked for the names of these competitors, Zandig replied "We'll just let Kingston sweat that out. They'll be there, and BLKOUT won't be happy. But you'll have to wait just like they will to see who it is."

Zandig has also confirmed that if BLKOUT or The Dead Presidents are game, his backup would be happy for some competition at CZW "Fear". Could we see a clash between Kingston's Hitmen and Zandig's mysterious group? Will Ruckus & Human Tornado or The Dead Presidents go into "Fear" as the brand-new CZW World Tag Team Champions?

Zandig also wished to inform the fans that much of the remaining "Fear" lineup would take shape after the "Last Team Standing" tournament and that with the talent already announced, plus some surprises, that "Fear" will deliver. The announced stipulations will all be in effect and CZW will deliver to the hardcore Delaware crowd.

Yay KOW are booked for Fear , now all CZW needs to do is book these 2 matchs

  • Chris Hero V.S Ruckus V.S Justice Pain
  • Claudio Castagnoli V.S Human Tornado

I never expected The Dead Prezidents to be in CZW, they are Ok team mainly brawlers , they should have a good Stiff Violent contest v.s The H8 Club, iv seen in NYWC before iv also seen them in XPW way back

Updates on Deranged & The New CZW Colour Commentator:

October 12th -

Zandig Comments on Deranged's CZW Future
CZW Owner John Zandig told CZW Daily News Update that he would look at the possibility of bringing in Deranged for future events, based on the recent opinions of the CZW fans to bring the hardcore wrestler back.

CZW Color Commentary Update
CZW wishes to thank both the fans and wrestling personalities that have applied to become the company's new ultraviolent color commentator alongside Eric Gargiulo.

As of right now, there are two experienced candidates and two fans that will be invited to CZW's November show to tryout for the position. Senior commentator Eric Gargiulo has an important commitment in November, and will not be able to commentate, so there's no telling just WHO these candidates might have to work with on that evening. We're going to evaluate the applicants, but also want to hear what should be VERY interesting reactions from the CZW fans as we head towards Cage of Death VIII.

We'll get our new team of Eric Gargiulo and ????? - with a little luck - all setup and ready to formally debut at Cage of Death VIII!

Last Team Standing is tonight, an another loaded card from CZW.

im gona pick Lucky & JC Ryder V.S BLK OUT( Human Tornado & Ruckus) to be MOTN at LTS

also im gona pick Mana V.S DJ Hyde to be Match of the night at FEAR since their match at ETU was so F,N good

heres the Hero Xtra Promo - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EJwsO4siUI&mode=related&search

the audio sucks but its a very good promo none the less

heres the results for Last Team Standing & Fear :

Last Team Standing -

Round 1 of the Tag Tournament

- Kings of Wrestling d. Team Masturbation After the match, Excallibur said it was better if they masturbated alone from now on.

- Team Andrew d. Cheech & Cloudy. After the match, Cheech laid out Cloudy for costing them the match.

- Ruckus & The Human Tornado d. JC Ryder & Lucky.

- The H8 Club d. Dead Presidents

Lufisto d. DJ Hyde to retain the Iron Man Championship. After the match, Beef & Sexxxy Eddy came out to convince Lufisto to stop the hardcore, and leave it to the boys. Nick Gage came out and attacked Lufisto, while Eddy and Beef backed out of the ring. Lobo came out to calm Gage down, only to be slapped in the face by Gage. Zandig came out to break it up, only to have Gage curse both men out. The Gage mental problems addressed earlier in the evening by Justice Pain continue.

Round 2 of the Tag Tournament

- The Kings of Wrestling def. The BLKOUT (Ruckus & Human Tornado) to retain the CHIKARA Campeones de Parejas & the ROH Tag Team Titles.

After the match: Ruckus confronts Tornado about losing the match for them. This leads into Tornado pimp slapping Ruckus for being such a playa hater. At this point, Ruckus and Robbie Mirino attack Tornado and lay him out. Sabian ran out to help with the vicious attack. From here, Blazini, a wrestler from Upstate New York came out to make the save for the Human Tornado. At this point, Onyx and Rain Man(who are now going by their real names of: Kyle McNeily & Kory Chaviz, respetively), who are the original Blackout members from the South came out to clear the ring. With all members of the BLKOUT in the ring, a brawl escalated until they were finally seperated long enough to have Chaviz tell BLKOUT that they were here to finally settle the score that started when BLKOUT came to CZW. The BLKOUT ran in the ring and brawled right out the front door of the building. Human Tornado was finally coming to his senses, and said that he heard of what CZW was about, and now that he knew, he was looking for someone to watch his back.

- The H8 Club then defeated Team Andrew to move on to the CZW Tag Team Title Tournament Finals.

Jigsaw def Sexxxy Eddy & Luke to retain the CZW Junior Heavyweight Championship. Ed O'Mac wouldn't allow Jigsaw to cut a promo, as per the pre-match announcement dictated. But also... Ed O'Mac announced that tomorrow night, Sexxxy Eddy vs. Beef Wellington vs. LuFisto for the CZW Iron Man Championship.

Eddie Kingston def. Necro Butcher to retain the CZW World Championship after a Back Drop Driver on the ring stairs that were brought into the ring.

CZW Tag Team Title Tournament Finals: Kings of Wrestling vs. The H8 Club

At the beginning of the match, Pain announced that Gage had left the building. He then brought out his new partner, the Human Tornado. In the middle of the match, Pain walked out, leaving Tornado to deal with Hero and Claudio. After a brief amount of offense, the Human TOrnado could not overcome the odds, and ended up losing to the Kings of Wrestling. Your new CZW Tag Team Champions, and Triple Crown Champions, the Kings of Wrestling.

After the match, the BLKOUT comes out to dismantle the new Tag Champions after they already competed in three contests. Necro Butcher came out afterwards to save the KoW from any further injuries. Hero then got on the mic to say that the War against Eddie Kingston was FAR from over.

Again, your NEW CZW Tag Team Champions and your newly crowned Triple Crown Champions, the Kings of Wrestling: Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli.

Fear -

1. Kings of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) defeated Rainman & Onyx.
2. Whacks defeated George W. Baus in what was considered as the Worst Match of the Year.
3. Luke defeated Niles "The Pretty Little Girl" Young.
4. TCK Match - Black Out (Ruckus & Sabian) defeated Drew Gulak & Human Tornado. Sabian did a splash off a U-Haul truck onto Human Tornado who was on a table. The table didn't break, it was sick **** Sabian was pissed; he landed right on his stomach too.
5. Three Way Light Tubes on the Ring Ropes Match for the CZW Ironman Championship - Lufisto defeated Beef Wellington & Sexxxy Eddy in a sick match. Sexxxy Eddy had Light Tubes explode on his bare ass. Beef Wellington hit the E Coli Driver on Sexxxy Eddy onto chairs. Lufisto took tons of Light Tubes. Everyone is bloody.
6. Barbed Wire Boards Match - DJ Hyde defeated Mana. They brawled around the crowd. There were a few Barbed Wire spots.
7. Street Fight - Danny Havoc & Necro Butcher defeated Dead Presidents (Boog Washington & Lo Lincoln). It was a crazy brawl. At the end, the fans threw every single chair into the ring. Danny Havoc did a moonsault onto the chairs and an opponent for the win.
8. No Rope Barbed Wire Match for the UVU Championship - Drake Younger defeated Nick Gage when Lufisto hit Nick Gage and then Drake Younger hit Nick Gage with a Death Valley Driver onto a Barbed Wire Steel Chair. It was considered as a decently sick match. Afterwards, Nick Gage says, "F#ck the fan board." The crowd chants, "F#ck the fan board."
