Look at Taz, he was the ECW champion again, after he left ECW and held the ECW championship for little while in WWE/WWF. Also, there was womens wrestler that was in WWE(F), that put the Women's championship in the trash when she came to WCW.

I have a feeling that Cena will lose his belt and it will go to Jericho or Christian and one of them will go to Smackdownmja2k3
