On first impression, I was ready to rip into this. But the more I think about it, the more I kinda like it. Not so sure about the 3 hour thing, though. 2 hours really is the right amount of time for a weekly wrestling show.

(it gets pre-empted like every other week) so why not move the show to Sci-Fi and combine it with ECW to create a 2 hour ECW, all run by Heyman. A lot of the talent now on SD! pretty much belongs in ECW anyway so I think this could work, they'd have to switch up some of the matches though, as in keep a fair balance of SD! guys and ECW guys wrestling instead of one over the other (but I'm sure Heyman is good at using everyone the right way)

I wouldn't honestly, every roster has great depth when needed (although ECW is clearly the weakest in terms of depth) SD!'s guys have really stepped up to make the show watchable (I know that's debatable is some people's eyes). And I will say as always combining the rosters isn't the answer to WWE's problems.
I would throw Smackdown's Rosters and Raw's back together. Thats all WWE needs.keiblerfan69
I believe you are correct, since they divide their roster, bad things happened. I mean low ratings on SD etc., I suggest not to put them all together but example Batista can compete to Raw, HHH can compete on SD, just like the old days. Fans can see new matches and rivalries so it will not be boring.
First of all...unless things become critical... I would not combine the likes of the Raw and Smackdown rosters... Personally...I think that brand extension allows for a) more of unique vibe show on each show and b) more time to build new stars... While I was against separate brands for the first year or two...over time...I have realized (i.e. quit being denial) that there is very good reason why it took place: things had become generic and roster had more wrestlers than they had time to book.
Anyhow... onto the main purpose of this thread.... Personally...while enjoy having the likes of wrestling on Tuesday... I think WWE may be...probably is...over-extending themselves with having three different brands... If I were the one doing the booking of the company... I would eliminate some of the weaker-links of Raw and Smackdown...and use ECW roster of giving new life to tag-team divisions; attempt to give some kind of cure that is the "Smackdown Curse;" help to give more of variety into lacking mid-card of Raw; and little bit of variety into main event scene of each brand.
Eh, in my opinion, all of the roster problems are on Smackdown!. They did King Booker v Rey Mysterio, Finlay v Regal AND Batista v Kennedy THREE times in 2 weeks :| C'mon now. Its not so much that there aren't good wrestlers on Smackdown!, its just that WWE don't use them right.
I'd put RAW & SD! together, sell ECW to Paul Heyman and put SD! on Saturday. There is no Saturday Night Wrestling anymore on a regular basis. They could draw a lot more then.
I would merge the tag division, bring women who actually know how to wrestle, and bring the cruiserweights along with the women's divison and the tag teams to ecw.
I would keep Raw and Smackdown the same but unify the world champion belts. I think It's stupid to have two "top guys". The world champion would wrestle on both Raw and Smackdown. I would remove every WWE superstar from the Ecw roster. I'm tired of seeing the Big show, Angle(even though he's good), Kane, Batista, Test, and Mike Knox in the Ecw ring. There is plenty of talent the WWE can steal from promotions like CZW TNA or ROH that can put on the types of matches that made the old ECW great. C.M. Punk is a prime example.
Right now, a draft would be the right thing to do. It's time to shake things up and make the roster alot more interesting, and a new fresh rivalry would do well for buisness. Smackdown! needs some good names on their show. I would like to see HBK go to Smackdown! and I think Shelton Benjamin should go there as well, even though he is not doing so well on RAW right now.
Hell yeah Kennedy to RAW! I think they should put Batista back on RAW, I liked him way more there, and then give someone big like HBK or Cena to SD!. Maybe Benoit to RAW and Shelton to SD! and then fire Khali and Mark Henry and give SD Kane and Charlie Hass, and your good to go.
