WWE really seems to be goin all out to try and 1up One Night Stand, as they seem to be throwing all of their tried and true gimmicks out for this one. Hell in a Cell = Check, Double Main Event = Check, Wedding Angle = Check, 5* Mania Rematch = Check, Making sure that Triple H has some involvement in everything deemed important by him = Check. Plus, it looks like they'll add Hassan-Benjamin to the mix, and those two really seem to be improving. This is shaping up to be the best single brand PPV since the beginning of the single brand formula.
Regardless, I hope One Night Stand at least doubles the Vengeance buy rate.
Well, since I've come up with the 1-up ONS at all costs theory, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the inevitable Hassan/Benjamin title match be made a Ladder Match. It works for the storyline of Hassan getting screwed out of the title and wanting a fair shot, plus he can lose and remain unpinned, if they want to keep the Title on Benjamin.The_Dude14
Well, it looks like the Vengeance Card is relatively set, so might as well make my predictions.
This Card has been pretty loaded, but I really don't care. After last week's Raw, I hope more than ever the Vengeance tanks in the buy rates and does a fraction of ECW One Night Stand, then maybe WWE will get a clue that they need to shapen up their product, if they get owned by a company thats been dead for 4 1/2 years.

It sucks that his music played but it was just a silly hoax which looked to me to get back at Hardy.

They are trying to make it out as a storyline but it is really stirring things up in real life.

Cud u tell me if he says anything?? Raw got my hopes up that Hardy was back
Matt Hardy got a MONSTEROUS POP at that wedding angle if anything it shows how popular he is and no matter where he goes WWE/TNA WWE put matt over if he isn't signed to a contract yet......... When has WWE ever done that for anyone else?
hell in the cell....... Batista should win as I think HHH might be smackdown bound lets face it they need somebody there...I don't want HHH to win there is a vicious circle here hhh looses hhh wins hhh looses hhh wins hhh looses hhh wins hhh looses PLEASE LETS NOT LET HIM WIN!
Cena vs Jericho vs Christian...... CHRISTIAN then possibly going smack down once again another gret fit for smackdown
Well, looks like its time to downgrade the Matt Hardy Watch at the PPV

According to their website, Matt Hardy has a personal appearance scheduled for Highspots.com in Charlotte, NC from 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday. That would make it impossible to be in Las Vegas for the Vengeance PPV. I still can't believe WWE booked the wedding angle the way they did if they aren't going to get a payoff off with Hardy out of it. Wow.
The Edge-Kane match just got a lot less interesting.

The following are the matches for the upcoming RAW P.P.V., Vengeance, coming from Las Vegas, NV. on Sunday, June 26.....
Hell-in-a-Cell Match (World Heavyweight Championship)

Kane vs. Edge (w/ Lita)

Even though I hate to say it but I think HHH will win the hell in a cell match against Batista.
The triple threat match is a hard one to predict but I think John Cena will come out on top.
Kurt Angel against Shawn Michaels. Hmmmmm..... I wonder.
For some reason I think Kane may loose this one. BUT I may be wronge we'll just have to wait and see.
This post will be updated with new matches as they are announced/spoiled.Jackov

I do not know about best PPV of the year (could be though), but I think it will be one the best Pay-per-views of the year. I thought last years Vengeance PPV was one of the best pay-per-views of last year and with great looking matches such as HBK vs. Angle and the Hell in the Cell, I am sure this year's PPV will be great (I will be watching it this Sunday).

I think it has the potential to be the best Single-brand PPV, since they went to that formula. However, there is no way it will top Wrestlemania XXI, since 2 out of its 3 main events are Mania rematches, and the hype and emotional input aren't the same, and the undercard doesn't match up as well to Mania.
I also don't give this PPV a chance in hell of being as good as ECW One Night Stand.
I won't be watching for several reasons.

Yeh it's a shame I can't watch it
I hope John Cena atleast does better than he usually does. Poor shelton he won't win that title again
From now on, there's (only) gonna be LIVE coverage of the event. (Match-by-match coverage.)
Unfortunately, I'll only review Sunday Night Heat, 'cause afterwards I'll be goin' to my friend's house for some BBQ and PS2. :P So if anyone wants to post match-by-match results of the Vengeance PPV, please do so in an orderly fashion.
If you want to copy and paste the coverage, then you can find some article that's doing coverage nyah....

Todd Grisham interviewed John Cena backstage. When asked about the last PPV where Cena beat JBL, Cena interrupted and said that's the past. "It don't matter where you're from, it's where you're at," Cena said. He said he feels like the new kid on the block. He asked Grisham if he was never a new kid in school. Grisham said he was the most popular kid in his class. Then he conceded he played tennis and soccer, but wasn't that athletic. He admitted he peed his pants in biology class in tenth grade and from then on he was nick-named Todd Piss-am. Cena said there was nothing wrong with that, but then made an "oh my god" look at the camera. Cena said in school he was the kid voted most likely to kick someone's ass. He showed good intensity and built to the crescendo well.
-They showed scenes of Las Vegas between matches including the Luxor and Bellagio.
-A video recap aired on the Kane-Edge-Lita storyline.
3 -- KANE vs. EDGE (w/Lita)
Kane went after Edge, chasing him around the ring to jump-start the match. At 1:30 a loud "We Want Matt" chant began. Kane clotheslined Edge over the top rope to the floor. When Kane stalked Lita at ringside, Edge tried to attack him from behind, but Edge knocked Edge down instead. Back in the ring, Kane stomped away at Edge's head. The crowd chanted "She's a crack whore" at Lita. Another "We Want Matt" chant rang out, as did a "You screwed Matt" chant. Edge dominated for a few minutes. Kane made a comeback including the sit-up no-sell at 7:15. Edge caught a charging Edge with an elbow. Kane, though, fired back by punching Edge as he leaped off the second rope toward him. A clothesline led to a two count by Kane. Coach asked if it was enough for Kane to win the match. Ross said he didn't think it was about winning or losing. Kane climbed to the top rope and dove at Edge. Edge caught Kane in mid-air with a dropkick. When Kane came back again, Gene Snitsky ran to the ring. Edge knocked him down. Then Lita entered the ring and began rubbing Kane's chest. Kane grabbed her by the hair and choked her to the mat. The crowd booed when he didn't actual chokeslam her. Kane then picked up a chair and put her head in it. Snitsky then gave Kane a big boot. Edge re-entered the ring and scored a two count at 10:30. Lita bailed out to ringside. Snitsky climbed to the top rope. Kane caught him by the throat. Edge swung at Kane with his briefcase, but Kane moved and Edge KO'd Snitsky. Kane then gave Edge a chokeslam for the win. Lita ran to the back as Kane laughed inside the ring with both Edge and Snitsky lying still by his feet.
WINNER: Kane at 11:19.
STAR RATING: ** -- Okay match.
