Aries was signed to a one-year deal, and 10 guaranteed dates. Aries has already worked 10 dates, so it looks like he's wrestled his last match in a TNA ring.

It looks like people are being let go left and right, as TNA hasn't given any indication that they'll bring back Austin Aries after he was suspended in February(but hey, at least they have Steiner!). I'm convinced that TNA thrives on taunting JML897. One day, I completely hate them. The next day, they look promising.JML897So true, so true. It looks like its back to hating.
As for Orton, I really doubt its truly the end of him in WWE but either way, I really couldn't be more apathetic.

I always find TNA a hard premotion to jump on, they've got an hour to wow me and usually the matchs I see in that hour have no selling or over selling. I mean on paper this thing sounds great, but when it boils down to it, it always feel liek just one giant commercial for the next PPV. I don't know how WWE does it, but I never feel liek their PPV is shoved down my throat (at least by wrestling standards)As for Orton, I got to be honest. I like him. The guy shows me something, that just has been misused. I feel that sometimes people are unfair in their judgement of Orton and Cena, hey these guys aren't making the decisions they are giving oppurtunities and forced to run with it. Orton entertains me sometimes, other times he is down right annoying , but the kid has potential its a damn shame to see it wasted. I figure his father was brought in to somewhat keep Randy under control on the road (seems like it failed).
From the Torch.
Apparently, Randy Orton's suspension could end his WWE career, and not the 60-day suspension as first thought. WWE doesn't want to fire him, because they don't want him to go to TNA. Instead he will finish his contract(which is obviously longer than 90 days), and then the WWE won't sign him to another contract. Basically, he'll get paid to nothing until his contract is up.

With Orton, I said I was apathetic and I meant it. If he ends up being fired (or whatever), I'm not going to shed any tears. Orton has shown flashes of greatness and has been generally solid in the ring (excluding the majority of his face run). He's had a few matches that I've really liked (vs RVD, vs Foley, where I gained a lot of respect for him) and a few matches I've surprisingly enjoyed (Taker at Mania, Triple H at the Rumble). However, Orton is not so special that he is irreplaceable, IMO. If he comes back, that's fine by me, maybe he can show more than a flash, if he's gone, that's equally fine by me... Apathy.
