You know what I realized could be happening with this lackluster build-up? Vince might be cashing on the cheapest/easiest matches possible, just because of the failed senate campaign for Linda (Since they spent a lot of money on it). What better way to get your money back, than by not investing much into the build-up to Wrestlemania (And putting matches on the card that will certainly make a load of money, regardless of how well they are built - Rock/Cena II, HHH/Brock, Taker/Punk)?
Obviously I doubt this is actually the reason, but at least it's 'A' reason. I'd like to think there is 'something' behind all of this that has caused this weak Wrestlemania build-up (Wrestlemania itself might be amazing, you never know?)

That's actually a good reason. I think it's more likely that the reason with this crap build up is that Vince is just out of touch. At 67, I don't think he knows how to promote matches in 2013.
Watched Main Event for some reason this week, why did WWE bring back the Bella Twins? They're such crap. Naomi is incredible, she should be Divas Champ, not Kaitlyn.
