Your average main event tag match. Overall, a presentable Raw. Not garbage by any means, but not particularly memorable.
I saw a sign that said "If Edge wins we Riot". :| How lame...
Well, Cena got Nitro to tap to the STF-U. And, if it isn't painfully obvious by now, I'd predict Cena/Edge for Summerslam.
And I think that there is nothing for Kane on Raw, seeing as the only time he was mentioned was in the ECW commercials. Anyone know if they tried to explain that on Raw?
Simply not having Vince & Shane there made the show much more enjoyable for me. All in all, a slightly above average RAW.
That said, they didn't use the absences to there advantage like they should have. But of course I wasn't really expecting them to anyway.
Is it just me, or does Carlito seem like Jericho, as in ring ability.mrgabWell, I can't speak for everyone, but I certainly don't see it. Carlito is improving, no doubt, but he's not even in Jericho's league.
I really liked the match between Shelton and Carlito, but was distressed by the lack of a crowd reaction. Still good match, nice athleticism and nice to see a quality match given some time, which I can guarantee wouldn't happen if certain people were going to be on the show.
Currently on the Hogan-Orton segment and I defy all the Hogan haters on this board to deny the crowd reaction Hogan got tonight and gets every time he appears. Its one of the things about Hogan that you kids love to overlook to put down the biggest name in wrestling history. The crowd that barely reacted to anything in the Shelton-Carlito match, but was blowing the roof off when Hogan came out.
Otherwise, I've been pretty much fast-forwarding through everything... and its over.
this show was pretty lame, and you could tell most of the promos were extremely run our because of the trips absence. especially the hogan one.
and about the main-event, Cena/flair shoud NOT have won that match, especially since they will most likely win at SummerSlam(cena against edge, and flair against Foley). this summer is supposed to be Edge's, he should win every single match he is in right now, no matter what. that way it would set something up for when cena actually wins his match at SS. along with flair. the heels should be all...heely, to set the faces up for a better victory. make the marks mark out bigger when it happens.

I will never deny Hulk Hogan's ability to draw excitement from the audience for instance... Simply put... the man knows how to draw emotion from the audience unlike anyone other person in the history of the business... and that is fact... And on personally note... he is certainly one of my all-time favorites...
However...I was some what annoyed by the over-emphasis on the reaction of the audience by Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler... I do not really think that is something that needed to be hyped... it should be obvious to anyone watching that the audience was indeed loving Hulk Hogan...and loving him in big way...
Anyhow...I do not hate Hulk Hogan... I do not hate anyone for that matter... not really... My main problem is that I wish he would make appears on more of short-terms bases...you know...something that would be really fun, for what is, if it were accomplished short doses... Honestly... I do not find it to be something that is fun to watch all of the time... not anymore...and he begins to become some what repetitive...some what boring...after while of seeing him few weeks... However...on this night...the reaction of the audience was certainly highlight of the show...and on that note... being one of very few highlights of the show....
In regards to Hulk Hogan's feud with Randy Orton...personally...I am not really into at the moment...
In defense of Carlito-Benjamin match... I think its rather obvious that Vince McMahon has already trained WWE audience...since before the days of when Hulkamania began...to be one who enjoys "sports entertainment," over the likes of traditional wrestling...
On note side...I know it was more of general reference...however...you do realize we are in the same age bracket...right...? :P

Am I the only one who saw the "John Cena is God" sign? Because as soon as I saw it I thought of this union and heard "Joe's gonna kill you!" in my head.
