The person rumored to be the final member of Team Teddy is...
Mick Foley.
The person rumored to be the final member of Team Excitement is...
Drew McIntyre.
I was hoping it would be Mysterio for Team Teddy, and Del Rio for Team Excitement. This is just disappointing. I will say, Team Excitement has five (well three - Ziggler, Christian and Henry) worthwhile members on its team prior to this rumour. But, Team Teddy...is such a letdown. If Team Excitement is to win - which I believe should be the case, then make it seem at least a bit plausible that Team Teddy has a chance. :(
Let's hope.
Orton/Kane will probably get a decent amount of time and I have absolutely no interest in that match.
Big Show/Cody I'm guessing will get ~10 minutes and I'm not too interested there either.
Maria Menuounos is almost as bad as Snooki. That'll probably be kept mercifully short.
I'll be really disappointed if Kane/Orton gets more time than Byran/Sheamus.
I'm so sad that Christian won't be on the card for Wrestlemania...again. :(Full_Metal1923Look on the bright side. It'll be Punk-Christian for the WWE Title later this summer. Maybe even a triple threat with Christian and Jericho at Extreme Rules.
Ya know, I would really like Wrestlemania even more if Randy Orton's and Sheamus's spots were reversed. The_Dude14That's what I was thinking, too. I'd certainly be much more interested in Orton-Bryan than Sheamus-Bryan. Same goes for Sheamus-Kane as opposed to Orton-Kane.

Edge said in a recent interview that he wanted to go until WM 28 and for his last match he wanted to put Christian over.
It's a damn shame that it didn't happen like that, it would've been incredible.
Funny coincidence I just read about.
Matt Cena, John Cena's brother, was in California in 2000. John had his first scheduled match in the WWE (a dark match) but Matt couldn't find tickets for it. The Rock walked into a gym where Matt was, and Matt approached him asking for tickets. Rock came back the next day with two tickets. So Rock was responsible for Matt seeing John's first WWE match.

That would be AWESOME!! Speaking of Jericho, I know that we're all expecting great things from Jericho vs. Punk at Wrestlemania, but it really bothers me how this match has been built up. In fact, Jericho's return as a whole has been disappointing. I didn't mind him being silent and trolling the crowd. That was great, especially if he did it at the Rumble - maybe he could come in at #30 after a double elimination, and simply just go into the ring and celebrate his win without lifting a finger. But, of course that didn't happen, and the subsequent interaction with Punk felt weak to me. It wasn't until a couple weeks that I felt Jericho's mic work had returned to what we are familiar with. That said, despite all the blunders leading up to the match, I knew they would still put on the best match on the card. Don't get me wrong though, I still believe that to be the case, but the personal angle to the feud has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's added a layer to Punk's character that makes me feel as though the match will have less technical merit than I'd like - most likely in the beginning of the match, I expect Punk to potentially just go off on Jericho for a bit until Jericho turns things around, and then we get our five-star match. Hopefully, I'm wrong, because it's rare that two of my all-tiem favourites go head-to-head. I just want to see the very best they have to offer (not a brawl), and feel that this recent angle may be a detriment to their potential.
CM Punk vs Chris Jericho can end up in two ways.
Either Jericho wins and holds the belt until Extreme Rules in 3 weeks (In Punk's hometown, Chicago) or Punk goes over and lives up to his "Best in the World" moniker.
I'm not expecting a squash. Knowing what both guys bring to the table. It'll steal the show.
I'm leaning towards the latter. Punk needs to go over. Jericho will still be around after WM and this feud will continue.
Jericho will still be around after WM and this feud will continue. M-YuThis is where I disagree with everyone, Jericho is gonna be gone. But we'll see.
Alright people. We're a few hours away from WRESTLEMANIA!
Who's ordering this year? Be truthful. Personally, I'm looking into grabbing it from WWE.com. I'll know by tomorrow.
I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up yet but Jericho signed a contract extension a couple of days ago which puts him with the WWE till the end of the summer so there's a chance he could get a title reign for a couple of months.

I'm ordering Double Double EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Wrasslemania 28 live on PPV, for me and my Bro.
So were talking about if Jericho is going to be still wrestling after Wrasslemania 28, well I think he will because I can see Jericho losing to Punkers, and I really truly don't understand what every-ones problem is with Punk, but I think he still is great on the Mic.
Everyone here can dissagree with me but the Big Show is going to win and Cody Rhodes will jump up the the WWE Championship ranks.
I can also see Kane and Orton going to a DQ, and them facing off again at Extreme Rules, in a great match.
Completely agreed, but they very well can do some things at Wrestlemania that really sour the card.
Examples of things that can go wrong:
HBK blatantly screws either guy out of the HIAC
Jericho/Punk ends in a DQ (which sets up a no-dq match for Extreme Rules)
Bryan gets buried
Cena & Rock shake hands at the end
etc.
On paper this should go down as one of the 10 best Wrestlemanias ever (dare I say top 5 if they pull it off flawlessly) but WWE has failed to live up to expectations in the past. Plus, at this time last year none of us could have possibly predicted MITB was going to own as hard as it did. Maybe they get hot again later in the year.
Call me crazy, but after seeing WM 17 and knowing the card of 28, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that 28 will be better.
I mean, the undercard is pretty meh.
Orton-Kane could be a great match, since Orton tends to bring it to Mania.
Sheamus-Bryan should be a great match, since they're awesome. Well, mainly Bryan.
Tag match could be a lot of good fun.
Women's match gives me just enough time to make a snack.
Rhodes-Show has Rhodes. And that's hot.
If Taker-HHH is anything like their match last year, it will rule. Bonus points for HBK.
Punk-Jericho is PUNK-JERICHO. Enough said.
Then, Cena-Rock. I think a lot of people are too focused on who wins, the finish, the build-up, etc. to realize that this match is going to be beyond our wildest dreams. I'm not saying it should. I'm saying it will be. Because it HAS to be. It's Cena and it's the Rock. As long as the fans don't just sit there and boo Cena the whole time, their energy will be 100% from start to finish. Rock has shown that he has no ring rust. He was mega-athletic at Survivor Series and will give an even better show tonight. This match very well could be better than Cena-Punk.
This match very well could be a five-star match.
This show has no chance to top 17. We have got to remember just how good Wrestlemania 17 is: Regal-Jericho: Solid, probably a little underrated, opener as part of a decent (if firmly rooted in the Attitude Era) feud. (Seriously, if WWE pulled that **** today, we would ****ing hate it, but with Regal and Jericho in 2001, its okay). RTC vs APA and Tazz: RTC was an underrated, easy to hate midcard heel stable. Match didn't overstay its welcome and delivered exactly what we wanted to see. Hardcore Title match: Probably a little long, overall, but a few memorable spots and a nice mix of early hardcore title brutality and brawling and late hardcore title goofiness make this one of the best non-RVD Hardcore Title matches. I think matches like this one are what make some people miss the Hardcore Title, ignoring much of the crap that also found its way into the Hardcore Title. European Title: Eddie vs Test. A forgotten match, but this is really a gem. On any other card, this match would get a lot of praise. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a better Test match. Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit: It isn't Royal Rumble 2003, but it's still Kurt f'n Angle vs Chris f'n Benoit. I think this match reminded WWE that pure ****ing wrestling can still get over even as the world is enamored by ECW-style violence. Women's match: Exactly what it needed to be. Short squash to allow Chyna to get retribution and to give the RTC more of what they deserved. Shane vs Vince: It is impossible to imagine Linda McMahon getting a huge pop and yet, it ****ing happens. Then, the pop gets even bigger when Foley gets physically involved. This match has no right to be good and yet its great. TLC II(I): I figure this is a match that time has turned on a little. Between TLC 0 the previous year and TLC 1 at Summerslam, not to mention a few other forgotten gems the three teams put together, people are going back and looking at this match more critically and determining it isn't as good as we originally thought. Its just a greatest hits of TLC 0 and 1 or something. Whatever. I still think this match is an adrenaline rush and the best of the TLCs, greatest hits or not. Gimmick Battle Royal: The perfect way to cool down after that adrenaline rush and recharge for the home stretch. The commentary alone makes this worthwhile. If Cole and King are on commentary for all of 28, we'll be lucky as much entertainment out of the commentary in the full four hours as Mean Gene and brain deliver in 5 minutes. Trips-Taker: WWE may want us to ignore this match for whatever reason, but we have Triple H in 2000 form vs a Taker that's not ancient, even if he's not as good as he'll be when he's old. I'll be surprised if I like Hardcore in a box more than this match, HBK or no. Stone Cold-Rock. Just ****ing epic. One of the best video packages ever before that became the best thing WWE does. Match itself rules to. The ending and its subsequent fall out are what they are, though. You MIGHT be able to convince me that the top 3 matches on 28 can be as good as the top matches at 17. You MIGHT be able to sell me on Rock-Cena over Rock-Austin II, if Rock-Cena delivers as I hope it does and avoids missteps. Trips-Taker II(I) MIGHT be better than Trips-Taker at 17 or 27, but I'll have to believe that when I see it. I am not enamored with HIAC and we don't know how HBK will affect the match. Jericho-Punk should be great, one way or another, if WWE let's it. But I just don't see any way 28 can match 17's overall card, pacing, or blend of styles. And I know a lot of people hated Heyman on commentary because he wasn't King, but I enjoyed Heyman's commentary and I thought he was excellent at selling the stories at 17 and being a foil for JR. JR and Heyman are absolutely better than whatever form of commentary 28 will offer... even if we get JR for the big matches (cross your fingers).Call me crazy, but after seeing WM 17 and knowing the card of 28, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that 28 will be better.
