Orlando Jordan and JBL, they are the worseandremafia
It's not that they're the worst, it's that they've held the titles for WAY too long. And it makes them repetitive, boring and make you want to slug a right.

you took the words from my mouth

Other than Disel & Vince McMahon, JBL is the worse WWE Champion ever and I thought that from the moment Kurt Angle announced him as new WWE Champion. Him being the WWE Champion for 5 seconds was enough for me to realize he was the worst WWE Champion ever (not counting Disel, Vince) and still would have been the worse WWE Champion ever (whether had been for 10 seconds or 10 months).
Same goes for OJ, he is the single worst US Champion in the belt's 30 year history (and that is tracking a lof of ground).
I agree!
RAW World Champ: Randy Orton
SD! WWE Champion: JBL
CW: Jaqueline
US: Orlando Jordan
Womens: Jazz
IC: Carlito
World Tag: Regal and Tajiri
WWE Tag: Heidenreich and Animal

I'll define recent as being the name change from WWF-WWE.
- Intercontinental Champion: Stiff competition here, but Randy Orton pulls a double header. He held the title for, like, 8 months and defended the title like 4 times.

Come on, even worse than Carlito.
Well...to each his own. 8)
Hmm....your least favorite (recent) IC Champion was my favorite (recent). *Prepares for massive flaming by the Dude*

Here is a summary of Randy Orton's Title defenses in his 7 month Title reign:
If you can remember any more, please enlighten me. However, 5 defenses spread over 7 months does not make for a great champion, IMO.

Also, I do believe he sucessfully defended the Championship against Booker T and in another match....he successfully defended the IC Championship in a triple-treat match against RVD and Booker T. I loved Randy Orton as IC Champion, as for 1) I am big Orton fan [so that probably makes me biased], 2) He is great wresler and the matches he did have with the IC Championship were great to watch and 3) He brough meaning back to IC Championship for me (at least while he was IC Champion).
Personally, I can under why you did not like Randy Orton as IC Champion, but I think calling him the worse in recent memory is unfair, especially considering when you look out with what Carlito has done with the IC Championship.
Again, Randy Orton was worse IC Champion than Carlito? :|
Here is a summary of Randy Orton's Title defenses in his 7 month Title reign:
- vs Rob Van Dam: Rematch of Orton's Title Victory.
- vs Mick Foley (December 2003): Orton wins via countout.
- vs Cactus Jack (Backlash in APRIL!)
- vs Shelton Benjamin
- vs Edge, where he loses the title!
If you can remember any more, please enlighten me. However, 5 defenses spread over 7 months does not make for a great champion, IMO.

Carlito's reign isn't over, yet, it could pick up before its over. He still has a few months to hold the title like this to go before he enters Orton's league.Again, Randy Orton was worse IC Champion than Carlito? :|

And you were able to come up with two matches that I missed, bringing the total up to a whopping 7 defenses. One for each month he held the title.
I also disagree with your assesment that he brought meaning back to the belt. The belt was an afterthought to his feud with Mick Foley. He didn't even defend the title at Wrestlemania XX. The belt didn't matter to Orton at all. He could have been in the exact same position without the title. He held the belt way too long, and IMO, did nothing to elevate it in that time. For Orton, it was a glorified beltbuckle, not an item of prestige.

I can totatlly understand where you are coming, but for my own personal enjoyment, he brought back meaing to the IC Championship and I enjoyed him being IC Champion.
Its a little thing I like to recall selective memory, my friend. I had completely forgotten that happened. Man, WWE sucks when dealing with Cruiserweights. What about Jaqueline people?
She held the CW title for like two weeks on SD! after winning the CW title from Chavo when he did the "Chavo against the world!" challenge?
