-- It would appear that Batista is not particularly high on WWE's "champions of tomorrow" as he feels that other wrestlers of his generation are a dying breed. "We're dinosaurs in this age of instant gratification. We are not just athletes, we are also storytellers and I don't see that in the newcomers," Batista said in an interview with the Manila Standard Today. Regarding his future in sports entertainment, the multi-time champion believes he will be "fat and retired" five years from now. If he's still working for WWE, it would be in a behind-the-scenes role.

-- Last week's edition of WWE Superstars scored a 0.7 rating. The replay later in the night did a scored a 0.4 rating. This has to be considered a success for the company as the show aired on Christmas Eve, and still scored the same rating overall as they usually do. Superstars tends to score about a 0.8-0.9 for the first run of the show, and a 0.2 for the replay.

I agree with Batista's view. WWE doesn't have much in the way of new talent. I hate Sheamus and Jack Swagger and many others.

I agree with Batista...What would the WWE be without guys like Triple H,HBK,Cena,Batista,Undertaker or Orton?...Nothing.

The New talent will never become as huge as those guys and thats a fact,we all learned that the hard way after attitude era, that new talent is hard to find but we got lucky with Cena and Batista..
