I would have to say Legends of Wrestling 2.  It had some cool ideas that were very poorly implemented.  That game was painful to play due to the stiff, broken controls. Poor graphics as well. Fortunately I was able to sell it back two weeks after I bought it with only a $2 loss.Â
Hitman 2 silent assasain, there was no stealth in the game i dressed in the right uniforms but they still thought i was supspisous and killed me im glad it was only $10.00 blood money is so much better
probably medal of honor frontline, i dont know why, but i just didnt like it...or rainbow six lock down, i own RB6:3 and love it, but lockdown just wasnt that good
NES- Star Galaxys ( i think is what it was called) All you did and that Game was Fly Around like an idiot and MAYBE a ship would come by for you to Blow up. And the game was Endless. SoooOOO boring!!! N64- CruisN USA. Ok what was the point of thisgame??? i BEAT it 5 times in a row, The same day in 3 hours... This game was so boring and I hope N64 gamers dont have this in their Collection. PS1-Jurrasic park The Lost world. OMG what did they do to this game??? it was so messed up and STUPID!!!! PS2-Rainbow Six 3. The online for this game was incredibly AWFUL.. now i know yall say its one of the best online games for xbox. But that being true, i find it hard to believe because the PS2 online version was so bad I spent an hour trying to play it and was so bored i put it down and never touched it again. Pluss the Offline play is Crap too. Wii- No Complaints yet XBOX- The worst game i have played was that first UFC game out for Xbox. Its Awful. You could beat the game and Afterwards there was nothing to do.there is NOTHING tat makes this game stand out and it Shoulda Been Canceled
For xbox it would have to be advent rising. Not that bad, just disappointing and the controls kinda sucked. Worst ever though is monster hunter for ps2. There isn't a single redeemable quality about that game. Bad graphics, weapons, controls, music, anything you can think of. I actually avoided my ps2 for about 3 weeks because it had been defiled by that game.

Sorry Arkansas boy. I never played it online. Where I live a high speed internet connection costs an insane amount of money, like 70 or 80 bucks a month. But I'm moving soon, so maybe then.

Luckily, I've rented all of the questionable games that I wanted to play, so I've not bought any bad ones. Some of the lousy ones that I recall playing are:
Star Wars: Obi Wan
Predator: Concrete Jungle
007: Everything or Nothing (lot of people like this one, but I didn't)
The last two I knew were garbage when I bought them, so I bought them for cheap. I had a thing for collecting crap games for awhile. The first one I bought brand new and returned a few days later. Absolute garbage all 3.
