Depends on what you are looking for. Rainbow Six 3 has the best single player campaign by far. Black Arrow has the better multiplayer with more features.

Well I would like a good single player campaign mode, but I'll think I'll spent most of my time playing the game on X-Box Live.

IMO Rainbow 6 3 owns Black Arrow. I like RB3's maps waaay better. BA is still a decent game, but no where near the level of BA. IMO BA is for less skilled players.
PS: I'm talking about online VS. Single player RB6 is better also though.
