I mean, anybody could hire Oscar-winning screen-writers, or some of the artists and programmers could chip in to make something work.

Umm, no. You can't just walk out on the street and hire an Oscar winning writer. What are you even talking about anyway?

You wouldn't need an oscar-winner to write rpg-dialogue anyway. Talk about wasted money. That's like hireing the Master Chief to mow your lawn.
