Am i able to download the Halo3 Beta on 1 360 then use the same disc to download it on another 360, so then i can battle my dad ;)

I think it has to be on the same gamertag. So, you can, but you won't be able to play both at the same time.

you need the disc in the console in order to play the beta, because you have to load the beta from the disc, so you cant play at the same time on 2 different consoles, you could if you had 2 crackdown discs though.
