yeh i ride bmx im from newyork and im not trying to bite but it would be cool if 360 made a bmx game like skate were u half to use the joysticks to do everything then instead of a clan u start a bike shop like u and a friend wen u reach a certain level and u can recruit or sponser people so they can get parts from u and free parts and represent u AND HAVE LIKE A FREE ROAM were u can walk ur bike eat and drink customize characters like use the 360 camera to create ur face none of that dave mirra crap were u can do a double back flip then tailwhipfakie out make the game real were u half to use the sticks to fakie rool back bar spin tailwhip grind switch up grinds etc that would be cool
I completely agree with you, i play "skate" just HOPING that someone is making one for BMX, the target audience is much greater in my opinion, i mean, you go to a skatepark and you see about 2 or 3 skaters out of 19-20 people, and the amount of people that are wanting a BMX game is unreal. I think if ther is going to be one made there is going to have to be a petition or something, if anyone knows how we could get thousands of people to sign something online the email it to microsoft or something like that, i STRONGLY recommend you speak up :D
I still have a hard time with the term "BMX". Back in the day when i rode, BMX was dirt racing, everything else, street, ground, or ramp, was Freestyle.
They shud make it skate quality , they could pull it off,like have sk8parks ,bmx trails,competitions and xgames , and if you have problems with someone you would be able to fight them.
there needs to be one were u are like a kid thats trying to get sponsored then u can choose or drop sponsors then theres like free roam then you have to find spots and trails,and then you have to compete in races and the dewtour and x games.then make the customization crazy then you can put sponsor stickers on your bike. and finally add create a park and create a video and then u have the perfect bmx game
there is a group on facebook, something like 'ea to make bmx game' or something, but im not sure if this is the right way to go about it. everyone would love a bmx game to be like skate, with real companys (like s&m, fit, fly ect..) so you can customise your bike and character to look like a bmxer. i think instead of asking the bmx community to push game developers into making a game, we should really be approaching bmx brands. if we got top end brands like cult, fit, s&m ect.. to agree with us that there is a market for a bmx game, we would have more of a chance in getting one made, plus game deveopers wouldnt have to worry about finding content for the game, because im sure if bmx brands are asking them to make a game then they would be more than happy to let them use there names in the game. another reason why i think it hasnt been made is because the 'flick it' controls that are in skate would be hard to modify to fit to a bmx, would be alot more complex if you think about it. ive rode bmx for about 6 years now, so ive spent about 20% of my life on dave mirras 2 and never got bored! i dont know about you but i could do without the 'flick it' controls just to get past any complications, and just so i cant play it SOON AS POSSIBLE IVE WAITED TOO LONG!
come on game creaters we need a bmx game for xbox 360 im sick of playing skate2 and 3 and im even tired of call of duty come on do it for the good and i bet it will be a top selling game
