360 Gamertag Pics.

Hey,

Someone on  my friends list on xbox live said you can upload your OWN gamertag pics. on the project gotham website?!?

I've searched on google, cant find anything. and i have also seen someone on live who uploads there own pics. such as borat etc.

Anyone know how to do this please? if so... linky?
