No offence but those banners are terrible all you did was cut, paste and resize pictures and put them beside each other. If you have Photoshop I'd recommend looking at some tutorials on the internet and if you don't have it I recommend you get it. It seems kind of complicated when you first get it but once you get used to it it's great. Everyone's gotta start somewhere though :)
