Guys, I've been playing the 2k series for a longggg time..but over time the game has gotten alittle too easy for me..and 2k8 seems to be the same as 2k7 with little twitches here and there. Should I spend my $60 getting 2k8 or should I try something new and get MLB 08: The Show...help me out here..thanks.

You should ask this question in the PS3 forum since The Show is a PS3 game. Im gonna get MLB The Show, it seems very realistic. Im not a big fan of baseball, but i thought demo of The Show was amazing!

I've been with the 2K series since it started on Dreamcast and it has slipped big time in the last few years. MLB 08: The Show is looking great and gives me a reason to buy a PS3 game. If I were going to get 2K8 it would be for my 360, but 2K is making my decision for me with the mediocrity of MLB 2K for the last 2 years. 2K5 was the last quality baseball title 2K games put out besides The Bigs.
I actually liked the XBOX ESPN 2K4 baseball game. The graphics weren't great but it was fun to play and the games had realistic stats and flow if you actually played them instead of simming. Blueshift made that one. All it needed was better graphics and I'd buy that game every year.
