7.3 good enough for shadowrun??

1up gave shadowrun a 7.3, that seemed a little low for me? what do you guys think?

I trust gamespot more than i trust 1up so i'll wait till I see that, and supposably it's coming out later today

It never comes down to the number for me. You have to read or watch the review. Gamespot usually has a good grip on reviews. Personally I check IGN, Gamespot, and Gametrailers. And 7.3 is a bit low for a game that had that much hype. 

ummm the review box is grayed out at 1up for shadow run and the community score is a 6.7 so yeah call me confusedblundercrush

It's not grayed out on my screen. but there is still no review, video or article.  

I think he might've been confused and posted the community score.  I'm not seeing a review.jacksheets

comming from someone that owns it, it is not a typical FPS, i promise you that, it has a lot of strategy and yes some rpg/ elements to it, no not traditional rpg elements but rpg elements non the less.

it is a good game if you want something different. the controls are not clunkey but are pretty smooth.  and it gives me the chance to destroy some of these mouse and keyboard (point and click) gamers.

Yeah, Jeff didn't seem too fond of Shadowrun.

It's a great game though.

Its a lot of fun, but skimpy game modes and a measly amount of maps for an online only game as well as mediocre graphics will hurt it badly.Oemenia

I totally dissagree, i didnt feel like ANY of the maps where the same (they all are unique)... And im 90% sure there are more then 9 maps

Matches are structured like CS, but all the modifiers give this game something that other shooters don't have.   Because of that, it's not something that you can easily pick up and play.  The learning curve is rather steep.  Casual players need not apply.  That may be its downfall in regards to critical review.

Personally, I really like it.

Seriously.  Going through the tutorials is a requirement if you want to survive long in a real match.

I love how the game forces you to think outside the box.

That's because 1up got owned by the testers. They hate the game because they suck.  

from what I've seen a couple of scores were 8 or above. Ive seen one low score but the testers weren't able to get online and were only able to play bot matches. I for one Love the game and think its amazing. None of the maps are similar Other than maybe the flag placement. If your not sure rent it then make a decision. I've been playing marathon sessions and met a lot of great people who also love the game. It's fun playing in a party and going from game to game kicking other teams butts.

most are still in the -what I refer to as- the "honeymoon stage" of the game...only time tells if a game is really THAT good.

So it goes for Shadowrun: most are in love with it, but give it enough time and I can assure you that this game will end up in the bargain bin before you can say "pen-and-paper"

For some reason this game reminds me too much of the Iron Phoenix on Xbox1 (good concept but too shallow and shortlived)

you should feel very good when you kill a PC player ?..is there a way to recognize them in the game ? can you tell who is on PC or 360 ? 

this game is the s**t....it  requires a brain....

for instance the was a team that was gunna just all be trolls with minni guns ....so i came up with the idea to have the team have a lot of shotguns snipers and anti-magic generators.....we annihalated them lol

I think it should be well above a 7.  I dont think it should get a 10 or anything but at least a 8.9.  e2116

Graphics/value/sound are gonna be 7's or 8's at best, and GS doesn't usually give 10's for tilt  so I am going to guess 7.8

They left a few loose ends.  No learder beards, only 9 maps when multiplayer is all the game offers, and still chargin full price.  Don't get me wrong, I have the game and I love it.  I just know they could have made it that much better.  I assume the lack of maps is so they can sell more later, which would be ridiculous considering how much the game already cost...DrewBlood08

But you are forgetting something... PATCHES I am %100 positive that this game will have multiple patches, downloads for MS points, and new game modes, just give it time if you don't seem to interested in it just yet.

Oh and , I didn't expect 1up to give it a good score . Go watch the preview of last week . They are like " OMG , this game so hard ,everybody is teleporting all over the place , it's like WTF ****" . They are just bunch of noob Prid3r

All those dudes suck at games in general... can't think of a game where they were actually kind of good at
