.....because his girlfriend was jealous of it. That's right, she actually took the 360, un-hooked it from his HDTV, and threw it out of his two-story house. And believe me people this is no joke. He called me up today and told me of what had happened. He said that she said "You play that damn thing all the time, and forget about me sometimes." I've herd of these kind of stories before (i.e. "my wife broke my 360," "girlfriend kicked my 360, and then spilt water over it"), but I always believed that they were all just lies from people who just want attention, but maybe they were true after all.
Anyways, he said that he might sue her, or call the cops, but I don't know. I feel bad for him because he just bought the damn thing, after saving and working for a couple of months, and then his sadistic girlfriend actually tossed it out!
If that happened to me, I will unhook her and throw her out of ma window. What kinda nonsense is that? I hate those kinda girls. . .

i agree 100% Yeah, he already dumped her, but he's not sure what to do about his broken 360, and I don't think he has a warranty.... I highly doubt the warranty would even cover that...
honestly im going to generalize women right now, and ill probably eat crow for it but again, i dont care really. my past relationship was comprised of me feeling guilty for doing something i like, playing videogames because my girlfriend thought it was a waste of "time". how can someone else tell me that im wasting my time as viewed from their own perspective of what a waste of time is? to me its not a waste of time.Â
girls usually nail guys, in the bad way, for playing games i think because guys are so content with being isolated for the most part playing games. i personally dont need to see your face every minute of the day, or every day for that matter if things were that easy. maybe the "girlfriend" should go find a hobby or something to fulfill the waste of time she using telling others what and what not they should be doing. to me, thats a waste of time. single is the way too be. ill settle back down again one day but for now, unless she is friggin amazing according to me, not going to happen.Â

are you a chick? There is no way someone would say this guy is a jerk when he is the victim here. Regardless if he should have paid more attention to her or not she has no right to touch him or any of his belongings to destroy them. This guy should get his money back regardless of how it takes (sue her if he has to). She needs to learn she cant do whatever she wants and get away with it.
I'd try to get the parents involved or just take it to small claims court. Either or, he's bound to get something out of it, she destroyed his personal property and has no way of justifying it except "You don't pay attention to me as much as your Xbox, boohoo." Granted, there might be an issue with witnesses and whatnot but still, that s#!t is messed up.
