A game ever made you get emotional?

Before I could even stop scrolling, I had already read everything below *SPOILER* Granted, it's not your fault, it's mine. And I have yet to play COD4. Lol, darn it. Damn, my speed reading.

The end of Final Fantasy 10 made me sad... and the end of the Bourne Ultimatum made me angry! (Ok bournes a film sorry!)

Also when England win the World Cup on Fifa World Cup 98 this makes me proud!!!!

For example, at the end of Star Wars: Republic Commando, when Sev dies, I thought that was a really powerful moment, as the game had really built up those characters, and it was very moving. And just after that, when the invasion force arrived, it clicked as great storytelling.

oh man. I remember that. Though it didnt get me very emotional, I thought it was indeed quite powerful just the way you put it.You get use to hearing all of them talk and communicate w/ you throughout the game just to find that Sev dies in the end...sniff

I'm sure it's been mentioned before. It's not like I cried or anything but I was kinda like...omg...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

In Call of Duty 4 with the SAS final mission, when Captain Price, Sergeant Griggs and Gaz all die. NOOOOOO!!!! When the nuclear bomb goes off with the USMC, you loose your totally awesome Lieutenant who has a badass voice. It's kinda of releaving when you see your character is still alive, but he dies shortly after....waaahahahahahaha.....

I cried when Zelda:OoT was over. I just didnt want it to end. Brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it. IT WAS JUST SO EPIC!RyanShazam

MGS3 - several parts.

FF7, end of disc 1. wow. brought tears to my eyes. still does too. its the music man, its the music.

Chronicles of Riddick Escape from butchers bay I was absolutely giddy in the jail yard catching butterflies. In Skies of Arcadia I jumped for joy during the train level when i got away from the big baddy end guy. In doa4 i was a little sad when i though my fav character helena was going to die only to be thrilled when my second fav character saved her. and ff7 the whole aeris thing( mainly because she was my right hand).

THE DARKNESS, call of duty4 and halo3

Mass Effect, made me think for a solid 15 minutes once the credits rolled, you know, about what I saw, how humans can evolve as a speies, the message across time, just the immense magnitude of the story. Also, the Prothean Vigil (opening theme) is incredibly poignant music.

Also, Metal Gear Solid 3 (at the end) and Final Fantasy 7 (you know where) evoked similar feelings.

made me emotional when i see my similar look alike rescuing the citadel lol

DEF The Darkness. Didnt think of that one but its a very emotionally charged game. Another one i just played that had its moments was near the end of Dead Space 2.

Red Dead Redemption made me emotional.

( LOVE) What i generally feel towards good games as a whole, not particularly towards a character/s per se.

( HATE ) What i feel towards difficult levels, near impossible boss fights etc.

( ANGER ) See above.

( FEAR ) Dead Space comes the closest.

I love games, but i have to admit that movies garner a stronger emotional response.
