i Like em. erm theres not mch else to say reali, they add little be of challenge to some games and make some last a little longer so you can max out the gamerscore on it. Gd for bragging rights if you play for achievements.

Achievements are the only reason I play games still once I finish them and hang onto them. Just beat GTA IV story last night but thanks to the achievements I'm anxiously looking forward to playing it through to 100% completion and trying to nab all the other achievements. They really keep me hooked!

Eh, they're cool and I used to be addicted to getting them, but now I just try to play for fun and achievements are second. If the achievements are fun to get, I get them, if they feel like a chore, I don't.

i think achievements r a gr8 idea, they giv games a longer life in most cases
theyr also fun to try and get and r good 2 show off =]
some games r a little cheap tho with gamerscore eg. the old sports games, king kong, lost, fight night etc =]

I am angry at achievements because it makes me addicted to games that I should've dropped a few months ago (Halo), and is preventing me from playing a game I haven't even finished yet (Orange Box)

Overall, they are pretty fun, contradictory as I sound.
