I know it will make the loading screens run faster, but are there any other benefits for doing this?
I read somewhere that it reduces the noise the 360 emits, is that true?

yea it makes it quieter, i installed mw2 on my hdd and its actually louder when im on the dashboard than when im playing mw2, so yea it gets A LOT quieter
I know that is very good to install games on the Xbox 360 hard drive for better performance & the disc won't have to spin constanstly, that mean it also reduce the chance for overheating & RROD, but my Xbox is an Elite, so 120GB & I have about 25 games. If I install all of these games, it will eat all the spaces on my hard drive, & I don't think 120GB is enough for all of these games, even 250GB. This is the disadvantage.

You do know that you can uninstall/delete games from your HDD?Just because you install it doesn't mean it can't be removed.I have a 120GB and usually have around 10 games installed at any given time.Anyone who says they need more than this installed at the same time obviously suffers from severe A.D.D:shock:
To the TC,the noise reduction is quite noticable and totally worth it for this reason alone.Slightly faster load times as well.
Question....say a disc get stratched an i get a new one and install the disc to the hard drive...can i put the old disc that got stratched into the Xbox 360 and would it be playible ?....LiNeSs33I would think it would work (as long as it's not terribly scratched). Because when you install the disk it puts all the information onto the HD and the only reason you still have to put a disk in is to verify you have the game to reduce piracy. So it spins up for a brief second and after that it pulls all information from the install.
also if you have a broken disc but u have the game installed on ur xbox and the disc can still read what game it is then you can play it
Yeah this is true and it is probably one of the biggest reasons to install games. And to sum it up, it cuts loading times, but I did here that for games like Skyrim the graphics aren't as crisp. But I would still install.also if you have a broken disc but u have the game installed on ur xbox and the disc can still read what game it is then you can play it
