Alan Wake 10 Hours In

Well i'm ten hours in on this game and its really good, sometimes you can kinda guess whats coming next but so what right lol...

Loving the story thus far, it tells it in a way with detail so you get every thing you need to know whats going on, but sometimes it can feel like bits were snipped alittle short. It does a good job in engrossing you tho, you'll be fighting your way through the forest to get to your destination to find out more about whats happening then without explaining to much it will flip into another perspective, which leaves you with a sense of an epic mystery.

Gameplay is overall crisp... it has simple gameplay elements but by no means shallow. My only REAL niggle with it is the not so shy screen tearing.

Definately a must by for those who love games for their great story telling.

naa i aint got the limited edition lool. As for the acheivements there pretty standard. You get some from just playing through the game normally and other require more of a dedication to get. I can put the achievements up but that means writing them all dwn lol. so unless you really REALLY wanna see them then i aint gona bother with that task

RDR is going to kick the panties off of Alan Wake. I'll probably wait for Alan to hit the bargain bin in a year or so, or try to rent it. Early reviews indicate that it definitely is not worth the full price of admission.

If it makes it any better on the guy, Meijers and Walmart have been seen selling this game very early..this would be why the game leaked online.

Of course he pirated it. LOL @ the people trying to rationalize how he's playing it. It's been available on the piracy scene for a few days now.

im actually glad a lot of people are pirating this game. It'll teach gaming company to make a decently longer game and to not rip people off.-ICON-

It does matter what version you're playing and in saying that you confirm you pirated it. If everyone decides to pirate games the companies go out of business. The gaming industry is a business after all believe it or not.

So many people are quick to pirate games but would flip **** if you have to mow your lawn and your mommy doesn't give you a twenty spot for your hard work.It's a slap in the face to the developer and rather disrespectful.

I can't pass Alan Wake up on May 18th which coincidentally releases along side RDR on the same day. I dont really have much of a choice but to buy both games day one. In the long run, I'm supporting both developers so everyone wins, I guess. Elian2530

same...i was expecting to see discussions about the game, but its all complaining about how he got it. I for one am not one to support pirating, but i'm not going to shove it down others throats...as if my opinion really matters lol.
