Alex Mercer...Whos the most powerful videogame character ever created???

im only talking about the main characters on videogames and not villains(ahem sepiroth)and dont include the marvel or D.C characters.also include characters from fighting games.... For me so far i think its alex mercer of Prototype...i cant think of anybody else that can match all of his powers.

I don't know if he's the most powerful video game character of all, but Cole from Infamous(Evil version) is pretty powerful. (spoiler)Especially if you decide to use the ray sphere for yourself at the end.

Gordon Freeman with the upgraded Gravity Gun, Jackie Estocado (when the darkness completely takes over he is unstoppable), Jack Ryan with level 3 plasmids, Commander Shepard with Wrex and Garrus in your sqaud.

Well... Alot of people are just naming humans here (Snake, Gordon Freeman, Commander Shepherd...), who are blatantly gonna get seriously pwned by any of the unhuman ones mentioned. SOOO this thread is really just a collection of character names rather than the most powerful ones...Hotwire246

I think it might be Samus or maybe even the Master Chief. However, I don't much about Prototype or the main protaganist.

Any Spartan from the Halo Series... just look at Master Cheif, the only one left and he is sent to kill hordes of Aliens all by himself, just think of how tough it would have been to beat a whole bunch of those fighting together. Not easy I imagine.
