Alien vs Predator - hardly anyone online, whats going on?

First my opinion on the GS score. Ive played single player for about 5 hours now (swapping around and playing from all species) and Im enjoying it. Personally I think it could've used more polish in some areas but it should not enough to drag it down to 5.5. Now onto multiplayer. It can only ever find one or two people (not enough to make a game). Im not filtering at all and im trying ranked and player but its just not going anywhere. I saw the other day a news article on Kotaku saying 'dedicated servers comming for avp' but I dont know for what system or if this is the reason for the basically non existant online right now.

Everyones probably playing single player, it is release day.. 2 people does seem quite alarming though,

matchmaking system did suck for the demo. I hope they closed the demo, otherwise everyone is just leeching that lol...

I have to agree with other posters, most people are probably playing single player right now. If it was a week into release I would definately be worried. I also think people are scared to playmulti player because its very unbalanced.

The single player theory is correct. Also, there are many people who arent able to purchase the game yet due to shipping delays. (lots of snowstorms in the east)
